Went today to get a replacement car key made. Service was great and fast! I will recommend them to others.

Steve and his son Brandon were excellent and had an awesome experience. Lost my keys to my Econoline Ford Van and they were quick to promise me they could provide a key!! After having it towed the next morning he called and had a working key!!! Awesome and fast service. Dont go elsewhere you will be disappointed

I attempted to contact them to see about getting my scooter rekeyed and after I provided him my vehicle information he stated that he wasn't going to even check to see if he could do it because he didn't want to deal with it and I should look elsewhere. So after searching further I got in contact with Wayne at Infinity Locksmith in Martinsburg, WV who offered to take on the job if I could get my scooter to his shop because nobody at Locks Unlimited wanted to take on the job. So I took my bike from Hagerstown MD down to Infinity Locksmith in Martinsburg and Wayne started working on it right away. It didn't take long at all to make my keys and get me back on the road. Wayne definitely knows how to get the job done and for a very reasonable price. I feel that Locks Unlimited were very unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Wayne was awesome! Quick service and reasonable prices. Was way cheaper to get a new key copied than I expect, and he was so nice and understanding when I didn’t realize it was cash only. Will definitely recommend to friend and family!
