Dan was awesome. Lost our keys and had to get two new ones programmed to our vehicle. He came out quickly and helped us no questions asked. Also doesn’t overcharge. I really appreciate it!
Dan did a great job fixing the lock on my front door. He was professional, courteous, and kept me updated while he was waiting for parts. He also was respectful of my time by giving me an approximate time of his arrival and promising to call when he was on his way with an exact time. He was right on time. Very nice guy too.

I needed an extra set of keys for my Subaru. I called Dan and asked him if he was able to set me up. He arranged to meet me and was able to accommodate my late evening request. Very convenient. Got a new house and wanted to change the locks. Dan came out the same day I called him, and arrived at the time he said he would. He did a good job explaining the options I had re: hardware, different ways we could set up the keys, etc, and I appreciated being given different options so I could make a decision that worked best for my family and budget. He did good work, cleaned up after himself messy work drilling for new deadbolts, and was friendly. 5 stars.
I recently bought a 2007 VW Jetta and had no key for it. I called Dan and he went the extra mile for me. He is AMAZING! He made me a new key from scratch! I strongly recommend him!!! Fast, personable and very helpful. Reasonable pricing! To me, he seemed more concerned about the customer than the money. Im in the area from Tacoma to shoot a wedding. I had too many things in my hand and was not paying attention. Locked them in the car! I had no choice but to call a locksmith. Of course I was hesitant because I've had bad service and fought with price gouging before. This guy was different. It's simple... Good customer service keeps business.
