If you're passionate about biking or looking to reduce your carbon footprint, contact Lodi Bicycle Shoppe today to find a high-end, classy bicycle. We serve the race community of Northern California. From 1991 to 1995, Jon continued to develop is love for bicycle mechanics. Jon knew that one day he wanted to become a custom bicycle frame builder and worked hard to make his dreams come true. Jon started working with master frame designer Terry Shaw of Shaws Lightweight Cycles in Santa Clara. During this time he also continued to pursue his interest in track racing, road racing, and mountain bike racing. Jon built his first frame in 1992 for Bill Hoff. By February of 1994, Jon was building top-quality bicycle frames bearing his own name. In 1995 Jon took his skill to the next level by joining the research and development team at the world-famous bicycle fabrication company Phil Wood & Co. 1996 was a life-changing year for Jon. Jon and his business partner and friend Mike Aver, purchased Cycle Craft, their 1st small business. By 1998 Jon was the proud owner and operator of Tallerico Hand Made Bicycles. Over the next few years, Jon spent time building bicycles in Moab, Utah and Los Altos, California. He quickly developed a reputation as the go to bike mechanic in the San Francisco Bay area. Today, Jon has built, designed, painted, and supplied countless bikes to world-famous companies. He specializes in R&D work, frame repair, product testing, product design, and custom high-end paintwork. Lodi Bicycle Shoppe is the brainchild of Jon and his wife, Carleen. They opened their doors in May 2014 and are proud to serve the race community of Northern California. Lodi Bicycle Shoppe is your one-stop-shop for bicycle services and repairs. We specialize in high-end road racing, touring, and track racing bicycles. Our professional staff has a thorough understanding of bicycle mechanics and the highest quality equipment available. We use Campagnolo and Shimano tools.
