A VERY interesting place, out in the middle of nowhere. If you have never met a real, live hoarder, come here. I imagine that everything the owner has ever purchased or owned is still there in one of those rooms. The aisles are jam packed and difficult to navigate. We didn't go upstairs because it was being "remodeled" and I was afraid to go downstairs because the stairway was so narrow. Mark was very nice and helped us find a couple of things, the owner was friendly and helpful as well but the smell!! It's a cross between cats, wet dogs, dust, dander and all kinds of mold. 3 stars because the place is jam packed with anything you can imagine but the prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH. When you're done inside the cabin, walk out to the two barns outside and explore...but do so at your own risk. The American Pickers, Mike and Frank would be in heaven in the first barn. The second barn had actual sets of true vintage and antique furniture out there, but very sadly, they were covered in dust, cat hair and who knows what else. I was itchy and dirty by the time I was done but it was fun. Really!
This is a unique place with quite a collection of just about everything. It is not very well organized and sometimes you have to move something to get down an isle. It's more like visiting a salvage yard than an antique shop but that's what makes it interesting.
This place is awesome... they have everything you could ever want as far as antiques go and even more ...the people there are very very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and will go out their way to make you happy . A definite place to go
I loved going through and looking at all the vintage things and antiques. MARK was very helpful and pleasant. So much to look at and choose from, I could spend days and never get board.
THIS COMMENT IS A REBUTTAL IN REGARD TO THE HAMILTON WAGNER REVIEW:: Hamilton Wagner is a FICTITIOUS person!!!!!! It is actually a devious and facetious person that is upset because her personal intentions did not have the ending result she had planned. I would like to apologize to the business and to the customers for a personal issue being brought onto the business website. Unfortunately in todays world people are able to do unbelievable things with fictitious names and internet access and don' t have to be accountable for there false slandorous comments which have absolutely no creditability whatsoever. Once again my sincerest apologies--Mark Wimer
Neat place but the cats have made the basement stink and the dogs have made one of the other buildings reek. The main floor of the main building was nice with really interesting stuff but the other places are sad.
This is my mom's place. We've just closed our doors after 30 years. I'm working on taking the site down. Thanks to all of our customers. It's been a blast.
Lots of interesting and cool stuff from all walks of life and every decade.. You wont be able to leave without buying something.
Ms Taylor and her nephew Mark Yeomans make our trip delightful each time we are there.
Several barns with antiques, lots of furniture and old store type display cases and cabinets
