Lois's Country Cafe

Everything was delicious! My husband had the hamburger steak, baked potato, cole slaw, a roll and soda. He loved every last bite of it. He even commented that he wished his stomach was bigger so he could eat more. I had a burger and fries...it hit the spot. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean. The prices are great.

Friendly staff and owner, good comfort food, clean comfortable environment, if your lucky an impromptu concert on the front porch with Lois and local musicians. Great little place to grab a bite.

Waited 30 minutes for scrambled eggs. Restaurant was only about 25% full, so "busy" was no excuse. Ran out of time and never got to eat. As we were leaving, another guest who was just served said their food took 45 minutes. Eggs.

Everyone is very friendly. Food is simple and delicious. They have great daily specials. I love eating lunch here.

Food is good.price is fair. Lois is a great ambassador for Johnson county, especially the mountain music scene.

Stopped for coffee and something sweet. The coconut pie was perfect. Made from scratch, crust and all. Was even still warm. Definitely worth the stop.

This place is exactly what you would expect to find in a small Tennessee town it is a restaurant that not only the locals eat at but visitors also the food is Hometown cooking and the staff is very friendly very helpful and the pricing is reasonable would definitely recommend it

Has a very old feel to it. Nice atmosphere. Food is OK, but not as great as it could be. Quality is just not there.
