Horrible company! Policy hidden and I didn’t know. I have to return because the shoes uncomfortable. I paid $7 to ship to my house and $22 ship back without a refund to original payment. They only give credit. I would not recommend and ever shop here again.

Not worth your money. Sizes run extremely small. All shoe descriptions say the same for sizing which is highly inaccurate. They dont give refunds nor do they honor or even bother read the refund slip that they require you to fill out. The entire site is a big waste of time and money. Shop elsewhere if you don't want your time and money going down the drain. Sincerely NOT worth it

I have 2 other pairs of shoes from here that I love. I just ordered 2 more pairs but unfortunately I need half a size bigger and had to pay $17 to ship them back to exchange. I am baffled that they do not provide a shipping label to exchange for another size. I will not shop here again due to the lack of accommodation for exchanges.

This business is horrible. I bought a dress three weeks ago, it didn’t fit. I sent it back, paid THIRTY DOLLARS for shipping. It took them a week to “process my order” AFTER the package delivered to them. I asked their customer service to change the address so it delivers to where I’ll be not anticipating it would take a whole extra week and they said no. So I spent over $80 for a dress that now I won’t get in time for the event. Horrible company and horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STORE! The “quality control” will not accept your return. Will NEVER ever shop here! They DO NOT PROVIDE A REFUND FOR UNWORN ITEMS! And you’re better off shopping at Zara because the customer service here is horrible plus you have to pay an arm and a leg to have the items shipped to you and it’s ALWAYS MISPLACED. Customer service department is very rude. The material is also cheap and does not look like their pictures! Run!

I spent over $300 and was super excited to receive my items. Half of the heels were horrible quality. Beautiful but unwearable. I am truly disappointed! For the prices they are selling the quality should be better!!

I will never be buying from this company ever again. I returned an item I never wore with tags because it was too small. I ordered sized Small which did not fit. I returned the dress along with another item I had ordered which did not fit. Both items were never used and returned with the same bag they came with. They refuse to exchange or provide store credit. The items were purchased for a vacation. Not only did I have to pay shipping for mailing my return, they are also requesting shipping to return the item back to me that does not fit! This is absolutely poor service. As a consumer I support small businesses but this is horrible service! Do not order from them unless you want to be taken for your money!

I placed an order on July 25th and paid $40 plus for expedited shipping so I can receive my items on the 29th. I contacted customer service with my concerns and they reached back out to me hrs later. They said my address was incorrect. I shop online all the time and never had an issues with my address. They contacted me back this morning with no resolution to give me back my money that I spent on expedited shipping! I have an event that’s Tuesday and my items won’t be here in time! I will never shop here again!

Was my fave but this last order was horrible. Sent me used shoes that were broken. Literally opened the box as soon as my shipment arrived and sent them a message within 5 minutes of receiving the shoes, sent them pics as proof. Made me feel like I was trying to play them. Still waiting a month later for my replacement shoes which I had to get in a smaller size because even though they sent me used/broken shoes would not set aside or send me replacement until they received the shoes back. Once they got my shipment a few days later didn't have my size anymore. This was not first order with them but certainly my last.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT MY 1ST ORDER BUT MY LAST ORDER FROM THEM SURE LOST A CUSTOMER. NEVER RECEIVED MY LAST PACKAGE HAD AN OPEN INVESTIGATION WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER WHICH THEY ADMIN THEY DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS BUT ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY IT HAS TO BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGES!!!!!!!!EVEN THOUGH THE DELIVERY CARRIER NOTIFY THEM AS WELL WITH THE CLAIM, WASTE A TIME WITH THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE/CORPORATE" PLAYING BOTH ROLES . LOL
