I was looking for some where to take my children during the summer vacation. Considering how the weather have been scorching, I was looking for something local and indoors. This was the perfect place. It was only 40 minutes from where we live. There is not many rides or activities for the children to enjoy but I will say that there is something for the small children to middle age children. I did see some older teen children, but there is not much catered to them besides the laser tag. The food was pretty good and fresh, so the children were happy. I elected to add on the skate package for myself in which I enjoyed. The floors was a little bumpy making it hard to skate, and the skates were a little worn down but the must was Awesome! Took me back to middle school days. The gentleman there was sweet and allowed my son to use the kid walker for FREE I was told it was an additional charge. I only provide a three star because the price is TOO HIGH. I could've spent that price going to an actual amusement park. But overall fun times well spent with my children
The children where having a great time until a fight with one family broke out. My children where crying and that incident is all they speak on to date..sad face my children ages are 4,5,two 6 and 9 we came to have a small celebrate of my 9 year old for his birthday with his brothers and sister and our table was knocked over with our wings and juice and we never got it replace it was a mess that day. Before it happen the children was having a great time. So this why I gave 4 stars
Came here because it’s really hot outside. Drove over 40 mins and Spent over $120 for 4 people to do everythingjust entry. The air conditioning is only in certain places. You have to stand under a literal air vent to feel the air. The swings were closed, the jump area/trampoline had massive holes in it, so the kids were scared to fall through. The best part, the skating. Was met with old skates with no ankle support and a bumpy skating rink floor. On top of that you have to pay $3 per person to use a skating aid/walker. you’re not told until you’re already skating Everyone that worked there was so nice and accommodating. Which is great.
This is a great place for the kids to cut lose and have some fun. It’s pretty cool, the only reason I’m giving LOL 3 stars is because they took the arcade out and made some changes to the place that actually takes away from the whole experience. They did add a trampoline area, can’t really go wrong with that but overall it’s not as live as it used to be. I still like to bring the kids here but it just don’t hit the same.

From The Time I Arrived I Was Treated With hospitality ! My Party Lady That Handle My Food Setup & My Party I Would Like To Say THANK YOU & GOD BLESS YOU! I Honesty Wish I Knew The Young Lady Name She Really Deserves A S/O. I’m Coming Back To Lol Station , 1 Day Was Not Enough. Please Book Your Party Here No Disappointments At All ! The facility Is VERY Clean Lol Station Your Whole Team Blew My Mind I Wish I Could Give Yall A 10 Star
First, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our twins bday party there and it was so much fun and activities children can do. Haven't seen an all in one place from skating, bumper cars, laser tag, and much more!
I hosted my son’s 4th birthday party here 4/8/2023, and this place was amazing! The staff was terrific and very accommodating. I mean I can not stop raving about the staff from the time we walked in. The greeter was professional, she got our party in and to the right direction of check-in quickly. While checking in the young lady who worked at the “party check in counter” not sure of her title, it is very possible that she was the manager. Her name is Randy. She was especially a “shinning star” for our entire event day. She accommodated and when I say “accommodated” I mean she accommodated every single thing we needed outside of what was included in our package plan. Before the start of the event while checking we were told one of the rides was down and because it was a holiday weekend maintenance was not able to get in and fix the ride in time, without asking she offered us a substitute “major attraction” ride of our choice instead. I know some people would find that to be something businesses are “suppose “ to do in the event something like this happens, but what was especially outstanding to me was that most companies leave you to find out that something is not working or malfunctioning and leave it up to the customer to ask for something in exchange in hopes that they do not, but Randy let us know straight up and provided us with a great substitute. That was just one of many things I found to be exceptional. Outside of the staff being stellar, as far as the place itself the kids at my son’s birthday ranged from 3-13 and every single one of them enjoyed this place and was able to participate. Along with the adults lol. I give this place a 10/10 and would definitely recommend this place!
Went there for my daughters birthday, we didn’t have an official birthday party though. While the kids had fun, I still think the place looks a bit outdated, and is definitely in tune for some renovation.
My daughter got hired at the Greenbelt location this was her first and was so excited the first day at work she had a wonderful day at the end of her shift she was asked to clean the restroom chemicals was involved and because she have asthma she was unable to finish her work. The next day she got a text from the manager stated she was fired. My daughter cried for days she was wrongly terminated I will be seeking counsel on this one
Where to start…I had my sons 2nd birthday at LOL station and it was amazing! It was on a Sunday so it wasn’t busy. As soon as we walked in, Zeek the floor manager helped us carry our party favors. We got there early to set up and our tables were already decorated. I had a theme so our party host helped us set up our own decorations. There is so much to do here! The kids had so much fun bouncing from 1 activity to the other. The only thing that needs some work is the pizza. It looked really good but it didn’t taste good although the kids were didn’t seem to mind. We added the wing plater and that what good!!! There was plenty to do and they had great customer service. Long story short I highly recommend! We will definitely be back.
