Called a couple of months ago and left a voice message. Received no return call for follow-up. Called again today, again no one picked up. Left another voice message, not expecting a call back but who knows. Please get more workers or a better phone line or even a queue with hold music; don't just hang up after 5 rings and send it to voicemail. At this point, I'd rather appeal with my insurance for a different clinic than try here again.
Extremely terrible service. I am trying to find a way to get my insurance to reverse the charges, if possible. They posted a version of the results of my study that I was unable to open. I have been unable to reach them for the report so, since June 14, I don’t know if I am going to going to drop dead or not. Interestingly, they had the presence of mind to send me a CYA message about issues with some of their equipment that may affect me. They have still not communicated with me. Find another provider. This outfit does not have the Loma Linda UMC values.
I have called on different hours on different days to no avail. I have never heard back. I leave messages for weeks without any reply. I have been Diabatec for 25 years and heart disease patient for 12 years. I have moved around also. Consequently I have been to many different doctors over the years. Never have I encountered a worse medical office/organization than this one. I have never left a bad review for any medical company ever. Mistakes happen. This is truly the worst of the worst. I have no experience with their medical staff. All I am trying to do is talk to someone to get an appointment. I leave messages and nothing happens. I don't have a clue about their expertise. I am worried that they will take months, after and if they conduct a sleep study, to send report to my doctor. Sad part is they are associated/sanctioned by one of best medical universities - teaching hospitals in the world. Shame on Loma Linda for not keeping an eye on their associates and allowing their name to be used.
This was a great experience. The study was for my 2 year old son. The ladies who answered the phone every day, Sharon and Jenetta always were patient, kind, professional and loving. We were on the call list for cancellations. They never made me feel like I was bothering them. As I called almost every day. Our technician Dennis expertly applied all the sensors on my sleeping son only waking him once when he put on the nasal cannula, but then soothed him right back to sleep as if he was his own child. We got over 8 hours of testing time in for the doctor to read. I'm so very thankful to Sharon, Jenetta and Dennis for their professionalism, compassion, and devotion to their job.
The loma linda sleep center staff is so unprofessional & rude. They need to be trained on how to talk to their patients. They are also very disorganized. They cancelled my son's appointment 3 hrs prior to the appointment scheduled time, they claimed to be short staffed yet I had scheduled the appointment 2 months in advanced. They are so weird & I will never want anything to do with them ever again. I called Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego & my son will get treatment from them. Loma linda is a total shame. They should not exist & don't deserve a star.
I was called to confirm my appointment prior to my appointment. When I showed up, the Sleep Center had cancelled my appointment because they said I hadn't confirmed. I called them back the following week to find out what happened and the supervisor was out and never returned my calls even 2 weeks later. It was a really bad experience, and still continues to be.
I have visited LLU quite a few times, and have had Respect and kindness from all staff I've met. Thank You Loma Linda and staff for you dedication and kindness.
I waited over an hour two times and never got anyone to answer the phone. Scheduling is horrible!!!! This scheduling process is seriously broken and needs to be fixed !
