I hate to rate this company badly because Robert and his “moving” crew were outstanding. Robert is professional and as loyal to the profession as he is to your household goods arriving safely. However, the packer with purple hair swore at us while we were in other rooms, didn’t thank us for lunch, complained about her job, and the room she was in, an heirloom with a $50 bill got broken and the money missing. Our grandfather gave this to us and it had more value then the money inside. Humankind. She was neither.
Do not use this moving company!!! They wouldn't answer numerous phone calls or emails regarding the delivery date of our items. We were told our items would be delivered in 5 days, No delivery! They made us pay beforehand and didn't deliver our items or answer our phone calls. This company is a scam, they will take your money and take their time delivering your items, not to mention they don't give you an estimated delivery time. What so-called "Professional" company does this? Do yourself a favor and please do your research about all of the bad reviews online about this company
They were very nice. I watched them carefully and they seemed to know what they were doing. Great people and great customer service.
These guys are definitely hard workers and a great crew of people to work with. I highly recommend if you're doing any moving or anything in the side of the u.s.
I needed a certified scale for a PCS. It was a quick in and out. The staff was friendly, and took care of business.
The Lompoc office was very helpful. There corporate office is not helpful.
Trying to get my household goods has been a bit difficult.
