This place was good for location and Special Cheesesteak was very flavorful and my Ruben was with roastbeef. Desserts are fresh homemade along with the breads for sandwiches. The staff is very friendly. They also have Venues for all special events. Very spacious and 2nd floor also holds events. I would definitely say stop by and give them a try. Only less then 3 minutes off 322 across from Rutter's.
Amazing and delicious breakfast! Fast service. Very nice place to eat. Definitely we are coming back again.
All in all, we had a good experience! The place is absolutely beautiful inside! We did not have to wait to be seated as it's huge and there are 2 floors! There was plenty of parking. The service was slow but everyone's food was excellent and we were in no hurry. I would say the only real complaint that echoed across our group aside from the wait time for our food, is that the side of fries that accompanied the burgers was a pretty skimpy... The buffalo chicken salad was a nice size. The fish dinner special was a nice size and very tasty as well. The prices were reasonable and there is a nice menu to select from! I feel confident that the speed of service wait time for food will improve with time. The owner is very friendly and appeared to be sincerely interested in how our experience was. Our waitress was also very nice. If you want a nice place to sit back and relax with good food and drinks, give it a try! We will definitely be back!
If I could give this place less than 1 star I absolutely would. The service was terrible and it took about an hour just to get our drinks. The waitress was filling other tables refilled before I even got my drink. When I did get my drinks they were wrong. The good was cold when it came out to the table after nearly an hour and a half and they never bothered to put in my to go order. Pretty sure the waitress absolutely hated her job, or atleast that's what she acted like. Absolutely terrible. I'll never go back or recommend anyone I know to eat here. What a joke.
Disgusting. Moldy cheese on our sandwiches. Soup must have been 700 degrees. Clearly they microwave the soup and there’s no way a health inspector would pass that place. You hear employees getting yelled at in the back, and the staff looks exhausted. Trivia night is a joke. Don’t order food upstairs. It takes forever and is cold if you don’t walk out before it comes. The place could be amazing. It’s clearly poorly managed. The milk was spoiled, and seeing it just setting in the counter in the kitchen after she poured it and brought it to our daughter explained why. We did not let her drink it after smelling it, but then watched it remain on the counter in the back for the whole hour 1/2 we were there. We were 1 of 4 tables and yes it took that long to get our horrible food.
My food ribs & fries was terrible! My ribs & sweet tea had an awful taste to them. My 'fresh cut' fries were overcooked shoestrings. I ordered a piece of choc pb cake to go & it of course was dry! But, I do have to give them props on attempting to satisfy the customer by removing my meal from the bill. Chances of me going back are slim to none. Really disappointed...Oh, I do want to add before I forget, our waitress was great! She just didn't say her name.
Food not too bad . Service horrible went for breakfast ordered coffee waited too long for it finally got the coffee ordered food drank all the coffee waited forever meanwhile out of coffee food finally came asked the waitress for more coffee never got a drop until we were done eating .Once about ready to leave got a refill. So that spoiled it for us NOT GOING BACK
Today was our first visit to this place. The sevice was excellent, the place was very clean, and the food was absolutely scrumptious After our delicious meal, we shared the Italian Lemon cake, YUMMY The Perfect way to end our meal! We will definitely be back!!
Bad service. The waitresses fill the buffet which doesn’t make sense. It just seems like a mess. Also, they steal their holiday menus from other local menus because they apparently can’t come up with their own ideas. It’s just a knock off/copycat. I do not recommend.
Unfortunate. That was the word that we used to describe the experience on Valentine's Day. I'll start off with the good saying that the place is very nice visually on the inside. Very large area and upkept nicely. Now the bad. We showed up on Valentine's day to try this place for the first time. They were not busy at all about 4 tables and some people at the bar. The place seemed disorganized as they searched for a high chair and it took some time to get someone to the table. We order a bottle of wine ON VALENTINE'S DAY. They didn't have the one we ordered cold, in fact they didn't have over half the wine menu cold. So we ended up with just water. I'm not sure how that happens on a day as such but... moving on. We both ordered the same special, chicken parmesan. First came the salads. They were small and seemed kind of shorted but we're probably the best part of the meal. Second came the entrees. It was brutally obvious that they didn't starting the pasta or it was sitting for a while. There was enough water on the plate the chicken could almost float. This is a huge mistake as chicken parmesan is an easy dish. Overall the dish had little to no flavor but what it could of had was completely drown out but the amount of water on the plate. The chicken also had gristle which was surprising for chicken parmesan. Finally the desserts. It was like chocolate whipped cream with some chocolate chips in it. Disappointing as it didn't day on the menu what the dessert would entail. Bill-$50 We always discuss thoughts on restaurants as we are leaving and in the car. Disappointing was the word that kept coming up. If the food was as good as the palace looked it would be a place to come back to, unfortunately we will pass on a return trip.
