Here at Lone Pine we have some core values that we feel everyone should know when booking with us. We are a 45+ adult only community. Children and grandchildren are welcome to visit anytime. Everyone is required to complete a $40 application fee which includes a background check. We pride ourselves on keeping our community clean, safe, and quiet. We are pet friendly. However, we do not allow any aggressive breeds. No pets are allowed to roam free and must be leashed at all times. Our community has a family type atmosphere where everyone looks out for each other and appreciates one another. We hope to see you soon.
