My black SUV looks like a black mirror, it's RIDICULOUS how nice he made it look! Makes me want to become a detailer, - well, almost! I can't compete with his expertise or results, so I'll let him be the pro. I had Austin apply a ceramic coat to my new vehicle, and long story short, it turned out fantastic. Without question I'll be his customer again in the future. From my first interaction with Austin, he was helpful, informative, friendly, and unassuming. He's an expert through and through, and he's passionate about cars. That's a big reason why I wanted him to do the work, just knowing he took pride in doing it properly with no shortcuts. Austin educated me substantially right up front, long before I'd committed to using his services or paid him a penny. He taught me about the process, explained why certain things work better than others in various situations, and answered every single question I had - with zero pressure on me to enlist his services. He was accessible and responsive, whether I texted or emailed him and regardless of the day or time. Like I said, he was passionate about it and I wanted someone who would be proud of the work they were doing for me. Once the ceramic coat had been applied, Austin clearly outlined for me how to care for it, and then he showed me first-hand. He did the first wash with me, teaching me the steps to take to reproduce the insanely beautiful finish he had initially produced. He taught me about products, chemicals, and most of all, techniques.
