Lone Star Middle School

It is very sad that this school gets a five star average! I just had to take my son out of this school because of bullying. I understand that bullying is not the schools fault. However, the way they handle it is absolutely disgusting. They seem to try to fall back on the view of if I don’t see it then it did not happen. Then when a child finally stands up for themselves it is considered a conflict. After that they are threatened with being suspended. I understand that fighting is not allowed. However, my child is not nor will he ever be a punching bag. Parents please do not let this trend continue.

Welcoming, accepting atmosphere. Emphasis on positive rewards. Teachers very involved with the school. Very few discipline problems. Great leadership.

Not welcoming, kids and some teachers are mean but we have a good band and some good teachers.

I started here and I will finish here love this school and the teachers I'm on their cheer team the only middle school cheer team in nampa. GO LSMS!!
