René was great! We acquired a classic car with no keys, and he came fast, gave a super reasonable quote, and set us up. Highly recommended!
Hired for job. Installed lock and cover plate crooked. Was either a no show or cancellation three days in a row before finally finishing the job. Nice people, reasonable pricing but horrible communication and lack of respect for other people's time. Two out of the 3 times I had to call them to find out they had to reschedule and weren't coming.
I had an ignition problem on my Honda Civic. I called them and they gave me a pretty good quote. Upon handing them the key I got the quote in writing and negotiated a fix for my drivers side door lock which also wasn't working. These guys were fast and efficient. It ended up coming to a little more than the quoted price but they only charged me the original amount. It's nice to see that some people actually stick to their word. I hope I never need a locksmith again but if I do I'll be sure to call these guys.

I’m definitely saving Long Beach City Locksmiths to my contacts for future use and emergencies. They came to my rescue this morning 7/20/18 after I locked myself out of my apartment. Initially, I had contacted another local locksmith claiming to have 24 hr emergency service around 6:30 AM and was told they would be over within 30 minutes. I waited nearly two hours for them after several attempts to inquire on whereabouts, I jumped on-line and decided to go with Long Beach City locksmiths because of all the positive reviews and they didn't disappoint at all. After calling for pricing, and giving my information, Alfredo was sent and was at my apartment within 10 minutes of me placing my call for help. They are definitely fast and reliable and I would recommend this company to anyone. The only issue we had was processing of payment by credit card, which I was advised upfront that processing/app may be down which was no problem, I just walked to atm to pay for services rendered. THANK YOU ALFREDO & LONG BEACH CITY LOCKSMITHS!!
Called and was helped by Rene. He let me know where he was at doing a job. I brought my lock and he fixed it right there, while he was working on another project. Rene is the best. I would definitely recommend to others.
I would like to give a big shout out to Rene because he helped me open my car when my battery was completely dead, he struggled because my car was being stubborn but he didn’t give up until he got it opened ! Thank you again Rene !!
Here is the very busy man working long hours but really excellent service got me out of a pinchn by making a custom key onsite.
