While trying to buy a 12g shotgun, I was dealing with one salesman. We agreed upon price, then he disappeared and another guy took over. The next day I was approved for the background check. I went to pick up the gun but had lost my glasses. I was given a 20g shotgun priced $50 give but didn't notice until I got home. I returned the next day, same scenario, talked with the same salesman that disappeared before and he disappeared again! So the new salesman got mad, cussing using God's name in vane and said he would credit the gun back on a trade in but for $100 less. I've spent a lot of money there in the past but it will never happen again! They were my favorite pawn shop until I saw their true colors.
Good shop ran by good people. Do not trust the fake reviews the shops never been racist they don't mislead anyone and that 3% flag over where the ammo is sold was a gift from me for treating me and my friends of all size shapes and colors with respect.
My husband and I went to this pawn store one day and were racial profiled. We were looking around for some rifles and ASKED PERMISSION to be able to look at the item closer we were handed the item by one of the employees we were then told by the owners that we picked the item with our permission and the item was snatched in the rudest way possible we were then told that we couldn’t afford it so we should leave OVERALL TERRIBLE CUSTOMERS AND A EVERY DRITY AND UNORGANIZED STORE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ESPECIALLY ANY AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS
Great place with friendly, helpful people. Their selection of firearms, jewelry and tools is the greatest. Really nice to deal with friendly people who care about what I needed.
I have bought from Long's multiple times now. The staff is friendly and they have pretty much everything. They have a lot of guns at ammo in stock and their prices are fair. Pam and Zach are really nice and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchases.

I bought an Item for 117.69 cent and it broke the next day so I go to return it and they don't do returns. So why are y'all giving out recipe's if you don't do returns. Don't go here. Service takes a minute anyway and when I went in there to return this item there was another group of people having the same problem as me
Would not recommend 100%rip Off as far as prices and their store has a racist atmosphere so be weary of that
Pam and Phillip are just incredible human beings who go above and beyond for customer service! My parents have been customers for years and I look forward to being a long time customer as well. They truly hit it out of the park! Best local place to do business!
The place was so nice, I thought the prices would be outrageous. Even though he had no pressure washers out, he took me to the back, let me choose the one I wanted and offered to fix it if it didn't work great, because they hadn't yet tested them. Great prices, great stuff and great staff. I will most definitely be back. I'll enjoy the rest of my day using my new pressure washer!
