Softball Hitting and Pitching Instruction
Longball Sports started originally over 20 years ago - when multi-award winning, and Softball Hall of Fame inductee Nick Frizell jokingly said "Chicks dig the Longball" in a newspaper interview.. (yes, we still have a copy! :) )
Years later - after being involved with both girl's fastpitch, and boy's baseball teams on many different skill levels - Nick started offering private and group hitting instruction to area players to teach, tweak, and perfect their swings.
With the addition of pitching lessons given by South High School's (University of Missouri commit), Riley Frizell - and catching instruction given by South's Kristen Jesberger - Longball Sports has rapidly grown, and has now evolved into it's very own facility!
