I think for ice rink as they go, this one is the best. It's the biggest one I saw in New England, and also smoothes rink i have gotten to skate. Rental and entry is semi pricey, but it's not as busy, and it's in a nice area. Went at the night time portion, was a few minutes late private party was using it til 730 but once in was soo much fun closes soo late . Have to go with the fam and nephews/nieces next time, might even rent if possible. Was hard to find outdoor rinks due to warmer weather. It's such an easy trip down 95 top off the Conneticut coast. It's a little down in the park, dont see it right away until you're more inside the park.
Open air skate December 1 to February 28. It is outside, so no covid risk. Views of long island sound right by the rink. There is even skate guard from Canada who helps kids to learn to skate!
