People skills and time management of the establishment need attention. I wasn't seen by my doctor until after waiting over 1 1/4 hours. Also, it would be great if the staff intake person, xray tech, and doctor would introduce themselves or at least wear a name tag to identify themselves.
I had an evaluation performed by Brian, and I was very impressed. He explained the physiology and answered all of my questions. He examined an x-ray and helped me to understand the injury, understand possible root causes, and future preventative care to limit the risks of re-injury. I was impressed with how much one-on-one time was spent helping me to understand the impacted tissues and discuss behaviors possibly contributing to injury. I appreciated that understanding root causes was the priority rather than simply considering treatment. The office was easy to access, the staff was polite, and the health protocols seemed right.
Very nice people make the doctor’s visit more relaxing and enjoyable. COVID precautions are very good. Fast and efficient, they got me in and out in short time. X-ray techs were really good, fast and gentle. Brian met with me and was helpful and courteous during the exam. If you need a good orthopedic practice you need to go to Longview orthopedic, you will be glad you did.
The best of the best !!! Dr Robert Jones repaired my husband hip. Perfect no more pain. And PA. Allison that is my knee shots. She is not only has a terrific bedside manner. But very knowledgeable.. I would highly recommend her for any orthopedic problems
Highly recommend Dr. Mostello! He did an excellent job on my daughters ankle and leg surgery and kept in touch often on her concerns and medical needs. She healed very nicely!
Absolutely a waste of time and money. All the physicians assistant wanted me to do was leave. I was there 10 minutes. The first seven was spent looking at papers talking about how behind she was and how late she was running. One min was spent looking at x-rays, one min actually evaluating me, the last minute telling me to take enough ibprophin to kill my kidneys. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here at all.
I was initially recommended to Longview Orthopedics in May following a three part upper humerus fracture, right arm. I have nothing but good reviews fir Dan O'Leary, PA and Dr Brill. I always felt they were excellent listeners, diagnosticians and did not rush into surgery right away. Following my course of PT, I may still need surgery, but my next visit in November will tell me more. Keep up the good work !
Some years ago, I was sent here for my patellar problem. I just wanted to see if there was anything I could do beyond my exercises and a bad knee brace. What I got was a doctor who never met me before, who didn’t know of my medical history and didn’t seem to want to. She gave me a lecture about my weight and kept interrupting me every time I tried to explain to her that I’ve had this problem since before I was heavy, that trying to lose weight only worsened my health problems and furthered my weight gain and that since ending my pursuit of weight loss, much of my health, especially my mental health, has improved significantly. She spoke to me very condescendingly. She told me that there was nothing they could really do, that she couldn’t perform knee replacement surgery on me because of my weight, but then told me to go have bariatric surgery for weight loss, something I tried to do twice already. Something that is a much riskier and more invasive surgery. This woman I had no idea I had a history eating disorders due to my pursuit of weight loss and didn’t seem to care how much she harmed me in this visit. I never went back.
Thank you Dr. Jones for the excellent job you did, repairing my ACL. I have made such great progress!! It has been a long, hard road but I finally believe that I will be skiing and resuming a full, active lifestyle. Thank you to all the support staff for their kindness and patience, and PA Beals, who was the first to evaluate me. Thanks again!!!!
great help throughout it all! perfect scars and fast healing! special thanks to Dr. Andrew Mostello for taking great care of me!!
