Driver's literally skip whole parts of their routes if they find it convenient and leave riders who are waiting on them stranded especially towards the end of the day and get horrible attitude when you bring it up I've never seen a more unprofessional group of people

Here's my problem. If no buses are running, us paying customers with month passes are left with questions because their website doesn't tell us why.

Trains and buses,I have found are THE most economical form of travel right now.

I pay to ride a bus every month the only complaint I have is shutting routes down because of not enough drivers to keep it running smoothly management needs to look at recruitment or retention programs for driver postions

Had gotten really close with a lot of the drivers.  Exceptional professionalism!  Thank you for such an important part of the community need!

Does not care about visually impaired at public bus stop if you don't stand near street they fly by and I can't see them till they get 10 ft away then trace ur leave

Most of the drivers are very rude and wont help they just get made like the first time I rode he was mad he had to explain it to me. the driver past my stop and I had to walk 1.2 miles which luckly I call the station and they sent some one to take me, and the driver was just being mean when I was told by the superior that they should always drop you as close as possible as long as no road safety issues.  it make me hate having to take the bus when I like the buses and the convenience but when the bus pulls up I'm praying it wont be one of the 2 people that are always agry at the world. they systems great and I like it but needs employees that make us want to ride. its bad for business. and online they don't show the arrival times any where even on the map

Did they changed the ending routes at 5pm instead of 7pm? I been standing here waiting on the bus for an hour and hadn't showed up. At least let us know in advance if y'all are going to change routes schedule.  Just now, Thursday, May 20th I tried to get to the bus sign on Spur 63 in front of the Hilton Suite by Kroger trying to go to work and and normally comes thru their by 8:35 am tell me why the lady driver pass thru at 8:31? I even tried to wave to stop. I  even had my mask on even though everything else is open. A couple of them are very rude, act as if they don't care and would harass like find a reason to pass you up. Very unprofessional.

The area is better but some of the drivers are still letting intoxicated people on the buses and they can barely stand up to stand there card. This is unprofessional and not good for the riders to see
