Phenomenal! Keith Walker took great care of us. We have purchased multiple trailers through Keith. He has been a huge help in both trailer purchasing and repairs.
Don't buy a Look Trailer if you're looking for something to hold up more then a couple years. I bought a 12ft enclosed trailer, hauled it back and forth to Texas from Arizona 5 times, all on pavement, and it's totally falling apart. 30% of the rivets have fallen out and I had to duct tape the panels to make it back to AZ. It's obviously poor craftsmanship so I tried to get the repairs it needed covered by warranty and they told me to go fly a kite. Buyer beware!!!
Terrible customer service. Incompetency at its best. Told me they couldn’t balance attire, the discount tire had no problem balancing. They over torqued the lug nuts And caused me to blow a wheel completely off my trailer. It almost killed me. This place is dangerous, in addition to refusing twice now to honor their warranty. I am contacting the federal trade commission for fraudulent activity. Buyer beware do not buy a trailer from this place. I own multiple trailers and this has been the biggest headache a nightmare ever.
This is the best group of trailer builders on the planet! Keith and his crew will build you the trailer you need and provide outstanding service. You will need to make the purchase through the dealer but Keith helped me with a couple of extra issues. I am very happy with my trailer buying decision!
Absolutely the best experience and superior quality trailer! When I started looking for a trailer I originally had found a major competitor first. After reaching out to the competitor for almost 2 weeks with no return phone call I reached out to the competitors corporate office. When the corporate office was rude to me and not understanding of the situation and even calling me names, I decided to look for another trailer! I found look trailers by doing a Google search for trailers in Phoenix and called their local phone number at 4:45 PM, was referred to performance trailers in downtown Phoenix who I called and they had the 6 x 12 trailer in stock. They were super kind and held it for me until the next morning, called me to get a credit card to hold it. I asked him if he can get the paperwork and everything ready so that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time there, he kindly obliged, and when I got there I was in an out in 10 minutes. Signed the sales order form and handed him my cashiers check and drove away. I’ve now had the trailer for four days and I am very happy with the purchase! The quality of the trailer is by far superior than the competitor Interstate And I paid nearly $2,500 less for a better trailer than I would’ve threw the competitor. 6x12 single axle, no brakes, fold down door, no side door through competitor is $7400!! This 6x12, tandem axle, with brakes, third side door, barn doors in back, $5,800 out the door. This is built like a beast! Towed it with my single cab Ram 1500 and didn’t feel a thing, hardly noticed it was there. And with my Crew Cab Ram I virtually didn’t know it was there. Rhonda at the local office was super kind and friendly and Heather at corporate customer service was so helpful and friendly. Can not say enough nice things about this company!
I've been working here at Look Trailers for a good 4+ months and let's just say that I am comfortable with what I'm doing. I like my co workers. They became like family really quick to me and I Look forward to many years at Look trailers. Happy to be back.
My story. I purchased a high end cargo trailer from a competitor of Look Trailers. The market right now in “on-fire”. It’s difficult to locate and purchase a Cargo Trailer. So... My new trailer was well secured. But the criminals actually cut their way into my trailer and ripped me off substantially. I live in Phoenix. The HUGE company I purchased my trailer from. Has an embarrassing poor level of service after the sale. I needed help. And the staff at LOOK TRAILERS, took my damaged trailer in for repair on New Years Eve. Repaired my trailer the next week. They could have made more money focusing on producing new trailers to meet a huge demand. But helped me, because they are a GREAT ORGANIZATION. Thank You David. LOOK TRAILERS IS AWESOME !
I was very impressed by the trailer we purchased in 2013. It is high quality and we got a great deal and fits our family for camping, biking, and active lifestyle. We also have been able to help friends move by loaning them the trailer and everyone who I show the trailer to is greatly impressed. Look Trailers has helped me realize a dream by having the ability to hook up the trailer and just getaway with my family. The guys are great; service is outstanding; and the workmanship is unbelievable. I continue to be impressed by all the new models and designs of Look and Pace trailers I see all over the Phoenix area now. 10 Star facility!!!
I have been with this company for almost 2 years and it has been a very rewarding experience so far I’ve got trained on everything I do there with no education or experience required and the hours are very reasonable 5am to 1pm and they also offer vacation,sicktime,benefits and a 401k plan. We get paid every week with many opportunities to make extra money in a friendly and safe environment if this is the kind of work your looking for look no further come work with us at look trailers
Horrible business don't buy from this company. Bought a trailer and on the first trip the trailer had no brakes. My wife and I went through the mountains and the tires on my RV were nearly on fire. Long story short bearings seals rotors brake pads very costly damage. The Dealer High Plains trailers did nothing but say it was me. The Company in Phoenix changed the wire harness they would not give me the original. Trying to avoid a lawsuit. Keith is his name. Dont buy from this company they claim family you are not going to be treated fairly
