Felt welcome my first time there, and I plan on returning! The sign up process was easy and Byran was very helpful and very friendly. They also have great Christian music to workout to. They also have lots of gym equipment to use. It's a healthy outlet to go to and destress from life's crazy mess. Also a great place to work on one physical and mental self.
Can’t complain has a lot to choose from and people give your space which is nice because i just wanna be in my zone at the gym it would be 5 stars if it didn’t close so early and be completely closed on the weekends but that is because they lack Volunteers other than that the place is practically perfect and the best part it’s free
It's a great gym. They offer a free gym with donations if you can. They do this though a ministry of Grace Fellowship Church. I think that's a great idea. So you're not going to get the top of the line equipment but you will get what you need with plenty of free weights and mech weights. The only thing is that their hours are 7 - 5 most days.
Incredible place to start working on yourself mentally and physically. Never too crowded, nice atmosphere, and nice people. Was the best decision I made to start improving myself.
Go here 4 times a week with my dad. Place is free and has friendly staff aswell as a bunch of machines and weights. I also like the choice of Christian music in the background. 10/10
Great gym. I love working out here. Would have given a five star rating but their hours have changed to only being open until 7 PM Monday through Friday as of 12/12/17. For some people that don't get off work until 5 or 6 PM and have to drive 20 to 30 minutes home this doesn't allow for enough time to get a workout in. Would like to see hours changed back to a 9 PM close time like it has been in the past. Other gyms cost way too much and at least here I know my donation is going to helping the church and community. I would be very disappointed if I have to change to an expensive gym that just takes my money because I cant get enough workout time in by the time I get home from work. I am sure I am not the only person that would appreciate the later hours as well.
Friendly people, great music and atmosphere. All fitness levels go here, buff or not, all are welcome.
This place used to be great. Had a kind but tolerant atmosphere. NOW, there's a guy there who is constantly trying to get you to join their prayer circles like a cult or something. I offered to help fix broken equipment, left my number, but made it clear I wanted nothing to do with religion. Tried telling him I'm a grown man who can make his own choices about religion, and he gives me the typical, "chistianity isn't about religion" BS.
Free? You must be kidding. The best kept secret around. Don't believe the rumors that the equipment is low quality and that the facility is subpar. There is an incredibly wide variety of machines including circuits, bikes, stairs, treadmills, etc. and extensive free weights including a power lifting area. The facility is also impeccably clean and low-key. It's overseen by Niko Hulslander, an legend in powerlifting circles and a very kind man who is more than willing to help with anything you need. There's a donation box at the entrance that you'll be happy to contribute to!
