Super easy to book appointments online. The receptionist welcomes you immediately checked me and my daughter in. I booked two haircuts for myself and my 8 year old daughter. Super easy to book double appointments at the same time or one after the other. We saw Chadia for the first time. She was so kind and made us feel so comfortable like we had met before. She cut my 8 year old daughters hair she was so good with her and her haircut was adorable. She cut my hair right after did exactly what I asked for actually even better. My own family didn’t recognize me ! It wasn’t crowded it was nice and quiet. She then took us downstairs to check out and we were greeting again by a really kind receptionist I don’t remember his name but he was very kind. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Chadia to anyone !!! Thanks again for a great experience me and my daughter felt like princesses

I usually have a great experience many eye brows waxes, several haircuts, a Brazilian blowout and brought my baby to get his first haircut here, but I doubt I’ll ever return.  Hairstylist, Evelin was rude, condescending and refused to listen to what I booked online. I’m so disappointed by this experience and I would never recommend booking with Evelin ever. I left the salon with wet hair and in tears because of her treatment.  The manager was understanding and she did speak to me and offered to book another appointment with Marie, who is amazing and very nice when Evelin was not working. I didn’t feel comfortable and left.

My hair came out crooked!! The left side is much longer than the right. And I didn't get the cut I wanted because I was told "you can't do that "

I went to lords and ladies for the first time today 3/4/2019 and had the pleasure of working with Cory to do my hair and she was fantastic!! I’ve read the reviews on the salon and made an appointment for a trim on a whim and got paired with Cory. I have extremely thick and long hair with layers and she was able to cut and style my hair the way I love it. She is extremely nice and talented too! I highly recommend this salon and Cory for future hair appointments. I’m a very picky hair client to please and this experience was great and Cory was awesome!

This was my first time at Lord and Lady’s and I had a great experience! I was a little confused about selecting a stylist online because I didn’t know any of them. However, I called and ended up with Irma. I got a cut and full balayage... And Irma exceeded my expectations! She’s an artist. She spent so much time on every detail of my hair and my hair looks fabulous. I highly recommend this salon. I saw the work that the other stylists did as well and they all looked great. But I will be going back to see Irma. This place is a little pricey but so worth it for the quality you get.

I had an appt for a curl with curling iron...my appt was at 230 ... In was done by at 245...got charged $70..no wash no cut...outrages and I feel totally taken advantage of...I will be telling my friends and family
