Loren grew up and has lived in Canby for more than 45 years. He attended Ninety-One Elementary School and Canby High School. After graduating from Canby High, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Portland and a Degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University School of Law.
