The best place to get fitted for bras. Quality bras and intimate wear. The entire staff in knowledgeable, friendly and makes this a fun shopping experience. Fitting specialist Pia is absolutely fabulous. I’ve shopped here for approximately 15 years, I drove 1.5 hours one way and we’ll worth it. Ladies treat yourself you deserve it
This place is amazing! The store is very clean, organized, and smells nice. The woman who helped me find my correct size and shape bra was so friendly and helpful. She taught me about maintaining the garments to make sure they last and she never made me feel self-conscious or tried to pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. They had a huge selection of sizes, colors, and styles, and though the items are a bit pricey you can tell it is because they are high quality. I don't think I would ever buy a generic bra at a big corporate store ever again. #smallbusiness #shoplocal #brafitter #lingerie

Been going here for years!! Exceptional customer service and quality products. Ashley helps me every time. She is so knowledgeable and I walk out every visit with at least 2 great bras and I go every spring for some new swim suits. I have a very large cup size with 34 inch band. Ashley hits it out of the park and finds me beautiful bras with great support!
Customer service is absolutely the best. Karen helped choose the best sizes and styles for me, helped me feel really comfortable the whole time and her expertise really showed! I absolutely love the bras; I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend.
I bought my wedding lingerie here several years ago, and just recently went back for a bra fitting after some significant weight loss. They know their stuff and I left with four beautiful, well-fitted, and COMFORTABLE bras. Thanks for all the help!!
In the past few years, I have struggled trying to find a bra that genuinely fits me, and I thought to myself: Man, I really need to figure this out. Hence, my visit to Loretta's because of its raving reviews online. I came in to the store on a random weekday in the middle of the afternoon. Someone came up and helped me get situated with their fitter. I was prompted to sign in, and the shop was completely empty, so I felt safe. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they still helped me and were very patient with me! After getting fitted, I spent a couple hours trying on bras to which I left the store with 2 bras that I LOVE and I became a HUGE fan of Loretta's! Pia was the fitter who helped me, and she was so patient, prompt, and direct with assisting me with finding the perfect fit. With care and patience, Pia really made my experience something I never would have expected in the best way possible. I even prefer wearing my new bras than my sports bras... AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend them enough!
Was greeted with a friendly face upon arrival. Escorted straight to the back for a fitting on a Saturday! No wait! Veronica was excellent i purchased the first bra she brought me. I'm normally a difficult fit and very picky . I left happy and will definitely return. The store was clean and inviting. The entire staff was friendly. You have gained a new customer
This is for all of the ladies. If you're needing to be measured and fitted Loretta's/Pettycoat is the place to visit. They are located in Plano. Kristen was wonderful and full of patience. Thanks for helping us!
It is virtually impossible for me to find a bra to fit properly, but I found several at Loretta’s! I was fitted by Kim, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and immediately brought me two perfectly fitting bras. I’m not easy to fit as my cup size is GG. Not to mention the beautiful panties and other lingerie they have to offer. With stellar service, great brands and hard to fit sizes, I have found my new go to shop for bras!
