This place has more broken washers then working ones. There’s washing machines of the same size with different cost and water spilling out of machines. Some machines take your quarters but don’t start the wash cycle which was my incident today, 10/23/2022. There is no manager on duty or even a number to call and leave a message. They have these out of order signs you fill out asking for money back and drop in the mailbox but no one ever gets back to you. Their dryers work great never had an issue, it’s their washers that are the problem and they need to fix. We spent over $10 today, 10/23/2022, just to have to change machines and waste more money on a service we already paid for.
Dirty 25% of the equipment doesn't work. What a waste of my time and MONEY. I came here because is not that busy now I know why!

There were A LOT of broken machines. After i got my clothes loaded in the washer i saw both change machines were also 'out of service'. Had to drive to another laundry mat to get change. Wasnt looking too great. And ppl there were not covering their face and social distancing.
Half of the machines are out of order and the washer I used didn't even get my clothes wet at all. None of the available phone numbers for this place work and no one answers. I lost $11 trying to wash just one load of clothes and I still had to go somewhere else to wash them. Never coming back and would not recommend anyone.
Dirty, many broken machines, close too early, but they waited it out till mine and another families wash was finished, we dried elsewhere
Rough neighborhood. I'll be back. Witnessed lots of non customers breaking bills for quarters . No water closet
Lost money, $6.50 for the highest load, the problem is they are real cheats, no way to contact them. They have left the form but no one responds. Two more people had lost money and they told me the same thing that you can never reach them. It is a big amount that one looses, and the owners neglecting their customers is not a good sign. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you are fine being neglected and you show up for more, or even not able to get a refund when you loose your money.
