Michael Lorne has provided funeral care services for both my mother in 2011 and my father in 2022. The compassion and professionalism was incredible. Michael helped us through every step of the processes. He is truly a man of honor. I am grateful to Michael and his staff for making my Mom and Dad each look peaceful, like they were sleeping. That last image can be so important. Michael was answered every phone call, and was our gentle, steady guide through the process. I called them after my mother passed away this morning to figure out pricing for cremation and other services and they the price I was surpise about how much and immediately was hung up on..called back and the person said yes he hung up because he heard me get surprised by the price..and I responded by saying I didn't say I wasn't going to pay it but I was surprised and he said he has other funerals and basically can't be bothered..thats how this place operates!!!money making machine making it on the deaths of loved ones..the guy couldn't even say oh sorry to hear about your loss..nothing.. ..shame on you

Today I will entrust my Stepmom to the Lornes family. Over the past 10 years I have used their services for my husband, my father, and two Aunts. They have never failed to honor my loved ones and respect my and my family's wishes. They are most helpful in planning services even if that entails long distance travel to reach a loved ones final resting place. While being a repeat customer of a funeral home is not always pleasant I can assure you that you and your loved one will be treated with dignity, respect, and careful attention to all details you ask of them. They are both compassionate and professional.

What can I say, Patrick is top notch, professional and a super compassionate man. I felt comfortable leaving my mother with him and knowing they would take amazing care of her. I would recommend them to anyone in Delray Beach and the surrounding areas. You will NOT be disappointed.

We lost our 11 year old son, Luke on March 12,2020. One call and one visit with Michael Lorne and everything was handled with courtesy, professionalism, dignity, grace and compassion. He and his staff made the most difficult time of our lives, much easier. My wife and I are forever grateful.
