I must admit I got very discouraged at a few points, but it was a hard case. Michael was always very courteous, answered my questions, and hung in there to the end - it took 3.25 years, partly from shutdown/covid but also hard case since I bought it used 78k miles. I originally heard of them through some targeted ads online when I was searching up remedies for transmission issues on a brand new car. I signed up for the class action lawsuit for my respective car make and just waited. I signed up for this pre-COVID, so when courts began closing it inevitably delayed the process and I began to be skeptical. I received my original offer email in November and then in January received an updated offer that was 5x as much, and this week I finally received my check. Skepticism ran its course as I waited to see if the check would deposit and sure enough I’m a couple thousand dollars richer now. Thank you so much to the team at CLR, you did me so much justice and I’m so pleased with the outcome. And to think I was in the group that was receiving the smaller checks due to the amount of repairs other people had to do, I can’t imagine how thrilled they’ll be!
