Can’t even get a call in, goes straight to voicemail. 2 months worth of calling with 0 Answers, calls are all sent to voicemail. I am an out of state resident and I am unfortunately dealing with trying to contact a courthouse that doesn’t have competent workers. Hire more or better workers!
I keep calling and the automated system hangs up on me because all of their employees are busy...
I've always was helped with any questions, people were nice , and it was quick in and out only took me 10 minutes to do what i needed to take care of. I only come to this facility for anything related.
I received a traffic ticket which I can barely read because of the illedgable handwriting of the officer. Have tried for weeks to find oiut how to deal with this ticket and what date it is due and the only phone number keeps telling me that there is no one to answer the call and to try later. All options are to caontact the court with one phone number that is always busy.
Man, this place will suck the life and money out of you for being the victim...
A very bad court. I went today Mon. Feb. 13 for a traffic ticket, unexpectedly I with many others found the court closed without showing this on the website. A rediculous note was on the door saying it's Lincoln's birthday, which is not an official holiday. The court doesn't respect the public.
This court was not too bad. I have been to much worse. At least the staff were helpful

Excellent customer service, particularly by a gentleman named Justin! He answered my call on the second ring, was polite, informative, attentive and went beyond the call of duty. Thank you Justin, may the world treat you as you treat it!
I can't even get any help. Apparently my call is very important. I should stay on the line because it's important to them. But then hang up on me 5 to 15 minutes waiting for my call to get picked up. Honestly did not know why this place had such low reviews. It's because we can't even get any help. And then you wonder why the hell I don't pay my tickets...
