The CalWORKs Program at LAVC is an educational, training, and job development program established for students who are enrolled in DPSS GAIN program.
Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Our mission is to assist students obtain successful training towards their employment goal. We provide specialized supportive services such as career counseling, GED, child care, textbook/supplies, tutoring, transportation, resources, and much more.
