So I've been looking for a Mexican restaurant with good enchiladas and I'm very picky and I LOVE ground beef and most places only have shredded. So literally drove there praying for good food placed my to go order about 5 minutes later was packaged nicely and ready to go Just got home and OMG you have a customer for life Exactly the taste I wanted and the ground beef is great. I don't really care for shredded meat but love ground. SERVICE was great and speedy also will be back VERY SOON AND OFTEN Thanks so much for being that place I'll recommend to everyone
Been our "go to" Mexical place for more than 20 years!! We love it! We eat here about 2-3 times a month! So good!! The servers have been there as long as we've Bern going there. So friendly & hard working. The food is fabulous! I love their fajitas- yum!! Chips & salsa are the very best!Food: 5/5
I have eaten here a total of 3 times and never will again. First time was over a year ago while visiting a friend. Service was ok, food was ok. Second time was recently after I moved to the area. The server was an older female. Service was very slow even though there were only 2 other tables seated. Third time I took my mother while she was visiting. It was the same older female server and there were 3 tables seated. She gave us chips & salsa and then the next time she approached the table I asked for a separate salsa bowl. The server looked judgingly at the table and then asked "why" with a face and tone of attitude; all while looking at the salsa already on the table that my mother was eating. I replied that I had been sick and was recovering and that I didn't want to get my mother sick. The look on her face was one of irritation that I was asking for a second dish of salsa. About 10 minutes later she finally brings the salsa. Just before the meal arrives my mother asked for more salsa. The server didn't bring it until my mother was 1/2 done with her plate of food. When she approached the table she then asks "do you still want this"? again with a tone of attitude. In all my years of going to Mexican restaurants I have never had anyone give attitude and irritation that I was asking for more salsa or two bowls to be on the table. Slow service due to being busy I can deal with, but the attitude when a paying customer is asking for something you give for free is something I cannot. I will never patronize this business again.
Haven't been here for years. They still have excellent food and great service! Lots of great food choices on menu and prices are reasonable. Can't wait to come back and try something new.
I enjoy menudo and it's hard to find somewhere that serves a proper broth and actually gives me extra grano when I order it. I will definitely be back.Food: 4/5

We used to live down the street. We moved to Mission Viejo 2 years ago. This place is so good, that we make the trip to this restaurant atleast once a week. We love the ombodiga soup along with the pozole. Along with the carnitas. 100% satisfaction guarantee. That's Charlie outside the restaurant.
The food is very well-prepared and serve as fresh.
I would like to start off by saying that the service here is amazing. They are attentive and are not bothered by questions or substitutions. The salsas are flavorful and vary and spice levels. I got the seafood enchilada that had abalone in it first time having abalone was delicious with all the variety of seafood cooked perfectly. The green sauce on the enchilada wasn't your normal green sauce. It wasn't hanging at all but it was flavorful and unique and absolutely delicious complimented the seafood so it wouldn't overpower the flavors. The Mexican rice is some of the best that I've had. I would definitely come back again.
The service is excellent and the food is delicious. Their portions are huge and their Menudo has hominy in it, I love hominy. Their delicate Chicken Tamales are big and their Tortilla Soup is hearty...Highly recommend this place.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
