I love this Ace hardware. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I've never left there without getting what I went there to pick up. They carry up to date parts as well as hard to find older styles. I definitely recommend this ace hardware.
Good selection and help. Only negative is they could not find me in computer as I didn't have my card. Records not updated and narrowed by store. My information is shared with Mountain View and Palo Alto store with no problem so your explanation means nothing to me. We went back, got a senior discount and met the manager who took care of returns and provided excellent service. I would now give them 5 stars!
I love this store! Great place to pick up hostess and entertaining gifts, love their towels and oven mitts, they have a huge selection of annual and perennial plants....my favorite shopping stop!
Just super helpful staff, and it's been that way for decades. They employ teens as well as knowledgeable adults, all of whom ask you if they can help whenever you look like you might need it. It's sometimes shocking at how helpful they are after shopping at understaffed big box stores. This is what you want a local hardware store to be like, and I buy stuff here I would otherwise save a couple bucks by ordering on Amazon because I like having them here and it's worth it.
This is a hardware store with top notch service. There are so many helpful staff members on the floor ready to help you find the product you need to fix, paint, service or repair something in your home. When you walk down the aisle it’s not unusual for you to run across two staff members who will greet you and also ask you if you need any help. Not only are they ready to help, but they are super knowledgeable about the products and will even walk you to the isle where it is located. If you don’t need any large items like lumber that Home Depot has this is the store that has everything that you could find and get in and out of the store without walking down these long huge isles wasting your time. Ace Hardware has almost everything. Go check it out if you have never been there. It’s worth a visit.
This store is great. There is always plenty of staff on the floor and they are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable I never have trouble finding help. This is a where I come for the hard to find screw or bolt and I don't have to buy a packet when I need only a couple. I come here often for home projects. Just recently, I came in for a plumbing fix. I needed an adapter to connect my drinking water faucet to my water filter. Collin Roberts was extremely helpful. He, along with a couple others, spent an hour brainstorming and scouring the store for the right fix. He even called a plumbing store to inquire if they carried a particular part. At the end, Collin came up with a great solution. He was so patient and didn't give up. I'm so glad we have an Ace Hardware in our neighborhood and with such great service and products I need.
Beware! This stores doesn't accept return from other stores. I bought a couple of ntenna poles on Manteca a week ago, tried to return this in Los Gatos store and they can't receive them back because they were purchased on a different store. Better go to home depot or lowes if you don't want to have this kind of problems
Customer service is lost these days with big box stores. But not at this Ace Hardware! They were on point at every turn. Fri, helpful, fast and knowing the store. Hopefully other stores can do the same, two visits in and , I plan to go again.
This place is awful. The scheduler never allows the employees time off. Working 5 days a week with 2 days off split apart. Not even consecutive days off. Works their employees into a severe depression. Just look how unhappy the employees are if you don’t believe me.
