I live locally and love supporting local business. This place is definitely worth supporting. I just finished eating there and I can say that the tacos are way better than any other taco in the area. Homemade tortillas and slow roasted lamb is hard to beat! If you love authentic Mexican style tacos, you'll love these. You'll enjoy all the different drinks and sweet treats as well. I'll be going back prob. once a week. Enjoy your day, Friends.

For anyone at the Eastern Games at Camp Butner, get here for dinner at least one night. What a great small family business. Some of the best street tacos I've had in a long time. I hope this place is here every year I come back.

Los Portales is actually incredible. Their tacos cannot be beaten. Homemade tortillas and salsa, so good. They also have cookies and sweet from the bakery side. It doubles as an eatery and convenience store - and their convenience item selection packs. All kinds of spices and meal essentials plus everything is cheap. Small business and locally owned too, it’s must-stop if you’re in Butner.

Tacos were absurdly good, owners are super nice

Stopped here after driving past it for the last year on the way to work and from. Amazing food, great prices. And they are very nice here. I will be stopping here a lot more now.

Good people and always the best place to get tacos or burritos anywhere around! Great authentic food and good variety in the store. Always nice to get a cold glass bottle of coke with my food!

Food and candles... Birthday cakes... The lady was very nice. They have homemade Tamales on the weekend.
