No attendant on duty only camera watching you. The washers were clean. There were no signs saying you need .50 cents to start the dryers, this was very misleading from other laundry mat’s and caused me to change dryers 3x. Then there were several dryers not working with error codes. .25 will get you 5 mins. Only two benches inside and 3 tables the place is smaller than most but manageable. The floor was tile and should be swept more throughout the day.
I’m not even done with the wash cycle yet and am already in shock of how dirty everything is. I should’ve just went to a different one after I walked in and seen the place. Well over half of the machines aren’t even working. There’s mold all in the soap dispenser parts, and the prices are insane. I just came here to try to do some of our blankets and comforters so I could do them all at once but the bigger washers aren’t even working except a couple and someone is standing over them like he’s using them all . I’m just upgrading my washer and dryer set at this point cause I do not want to do this again! Would probably be a nice place if it was kept and clean. I would assume the only reason it gets the business it does is cause it’s the only one in this area
Two stars only for the washers. They work great, up to 8.25 for the huge, 6.25 for the large smaller ones are around $3 I think. They have one that’s giant but it was being used. Dryers are bad, very bad. $0.75 for the smaller and larger ones for only 6 minutes. After over $30 14.50 for a huge and large washer our clothes were clean but some were still sopping wet. Dryers weren’t overloaded either. Don’t waste money on the dryers unless your load is extremely small
Several of the dryers would not get hot enough to dry my clothes And really the dryers cost too much some of them are 50 cents for 5 minutes and some of them are 75 cents for 5 minutes. But other than that it seemed like a clean environment.
Average laundromat…machines need maintenance. Coin slots seem to malfunction. Also I highly doubt the change machine would accept a brand new bill straight off the press.
Super clean, reasonably priced, lots of machines and all of them work. It was nice going in to a place that takes care of their laundry mat. Thank you for a good experience for people that are on the road.
Washing machines needed cleaning inside and out. The whole place needs a good cleaning. Dryers worked pretty good considering the reviews, I was surprised that my bedspreads were dry afterwards.
The laundromat was clean, well lit, and there is lots of parking. Lost Sock Coin Laundry is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. However "out of service" machines are not well marked and the owners are slow to respond to customer calls . I mistakenly selected a machine with black tape over the coin slot but did not realize this until the washer door was locked and I was unable to open the door. When I finally heard from the owners 4 days later they explained they were closed because it was a holiday weekend. Well, the last time I checked closed implies the building is locked and closed to "walk in" customer business. However the owners were on vacation and their business was open. There appeared to be no customer support on call while the owners enjoyed their holiday weekend. Sadly, by the time I heard from Lost Sock Coin Laundry the item I needed to wash was long gone. I also lost money in the laundry detergent vending machine as it was empty.
Clean location with air-con. Well maintained facility. Free Wi-Fi. Free TV. Good choices of machines. Clean toilet!
Sitting here waiting for my spring light blanket to dry, far large dryer $3.00 still wet, moved to another dryer $1.75 still wet and I moved to the very first dryer . Went to get detergent and it took my $1.00. There are dryer sheets all over the floor, if there were a broom I probably would have swept myself.. This use to be my favorite laundry mat but I will have to consider other options.
