I work here it's pretty cool and clean and new nice big washers and a nice location also you can download payrange app on phone and pay with your phone instead of quarters so easy to use
This is the best laundromat in Yakima! I have been going here for almost a year. The staff is friendly, the place is always clean, and the area is in a great spot. They have four different sizes of washers, two of which can wash and hold up to 8 loads of laundry! And little ones that are cheaper that only wash about 1 load.
Carla was always cleaning, folding, helping. Gorgeous skin. Beautiful laundromat like someone's living room so nice. Welcome sign. Mats and overalls came out like new, really. Thanks so much.
We have been turned away 4 times now because they “don’t have time” to do the wash dry service. I thought maybe we were bringing it too late in the day 11AM-12pm at the very latest. So we brought it before 9AM this morning and had the same answer. I also find it hard to accept the fact that it is always my partner who gets turned away, but not me when I bring it. Not to mention that, but also the fact that their prices have raised 3 times in the last year, but their quality is going down. I’ve had to throw out several items that I’ve sent there to be washed because they came back with bleach stains. I’ll just be going to a slower location where they have the time and care for my belongings. Thank you to the gal at the 611 E Knob Hill location that apologized for being turned away and thanked me for bringing her some laundry to keep her busy. She deserves 5 stars.
We lost our wallet and called lost socks …Sarah picked up within seconds!! She went above and beyond to look for our wallet. When we arrive to the place we seen Sarah outside in the slippery cold weather and looked for it in the snow with her phone light. We are truly blessed to have a loyal worker that cares for her guest. She definitely deserve so much!!! Bless her kind soul and heart! !!!!!!!!!!THANK YOU AGAIN SARAH!!!!!!!!!!!
Great staff at this location. Amy was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. I came in on a Sunday evening and the place was very busy. I had a question and Amy was so helpful. She is definitely a valuable employee!!!
Super clean and organized. I thoroughly enjoyed the efficiency and clarity of services provided as soon as I walked in. Change machine, laundering service, plenty of seating near washer and dryers with folding areas. Various size washers and plenty of large dryers. Coin operated only. I will definitely come again.
There were more than enough washers and dryers for everyone. The entire place was incredibly clean and the employees working there were very friendly and helpful.
Very clean. Attendant friendly knowledgeable. Everything u need. Dryer sheets, bleach , soap etc. Snacks also available
This is the cleanest, well maintained, friendliest laundromat I have ever been to! I love that you have the option to wash your own laundry OR they have a drop off service and they will wash/dry & fold your clothes for not much more than doing them yourself! I want to give them the glowing review they deserve but I don't want them any busier lol
