One call to them never been there before and a licensed pharmacist answered. I asked her if she could transfer a script from another pharmacy to fill. She took limited information and said since it's was closing time they would transfer it fill it. And the next day they would call or give me a text reminder to come pick up or if I was disabled they could deliver. I encourage anyone to swap over if there currently paying to much. Always check around for the best buy.

Always courteous and prompt. If they don't have it at the moment you can expect it within a day or two...you are never given the answer that we have been ordering it for weeks and have no idea when we will get it....that is so not acceptable walmart ....lotts now serves not only myself by my entire family members. Great service very professional.

I understand they were doing their job I never once got smart with them or Anything and the lady was so rude to me she talked to me as if I were trash but it's ok I'm gonna pray for her and

I Love Lott Family Pharmacy!  Jesse is so great! He genuinely cares. The ladies that work there are amazing as well. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to ALL!

Jessie treats you like family and tries to help the best he can always. I've tried other pharmacies in town but they were all rude and treated me horribly. Jessie and his staff will work with you on anything you need, that's why he's the person I will ever go to for my medications.

Jesse and his,staff are so nice and so friendly.  You don't just pick up your medicine and leave They . talk to you and they care about you. I would not use any other pharmacy. I give them 5 stars.

Better than most in town... good job... A+
