Great customer service and was very quick to get my check. Took like 10 minutes for the whole process... not bad at all.

I just left today 7/6/21 with a check for $7,600!!! I won $10,000 yesterday on the new 2$ : 1000$ a week for life ticket that was just released yesterday!! The whole process took 10 min! They were friendly fast and even asked how I reacted when I realized I had won. I SHOWED UP WITH MY CLAIM FORM ALREADY FILLED OUT AS WELL AS THE BACK OF MY TICKET! There was no issues and I AM OVER THE MOON EXCITED AND HAPPY!!
My true love of 28 years won a decent amount of cash on a scratch-off lottery ticket. He was estatic & couldn't believe it was true and even had me closely confirm that he had won. LOL. He was told he would either have to go to Gainesville or Orlando to cash it and everybody told him what a nightmare they had experienced at the Orlando Florida lottery office and how much time and patience it was going to take to collect his money. I was coincidentally summoned to UF Shands ongoing Medical Treatments so of course the opportunity presented itself stop by and claim his prize! He didn't bring his reading glasses and I told him there will be forms to fill out but if he had to he could bring them out to the car to me and I would help him. I saw him coming back out in 15 minutes expecting to fill out the paperwork and there he was with check in hand. When he told them he was going to bring the paperwork out to have me help him. The wonderful customer service rep, and which I'm sorry I did not get her name, filled the paperwork right out rushed it through. Now that's service that definitely made us smile!!! While the staff is friendly & cordial, they need more training in the various games the State offers. Located within a shopping center, they don't have much control over parking, however, they should request handicap parking closer to their location. I understand that they plan on moving, but that's only a excuse.
I had a $1000 winning ticket. They were incredibly friendly and had a check for me in about 10 minutes.
Wife and I came here to cash in a scratch off. Very pleasant staff, fairly quick process from start to finish about 20 mins to get our scratch off cashed out. Hope to go back soon ;
