I used to always come here to get my brows done here but always change their staff and as they do their service quality changes. I came today to get my brows done and the lady messed it up so bad. Like one of my brows is short and flat and the other is long and arched. Mind you I specifically grew my brows out because I had been planning to get it done. I’ve never had brows this horribly done before. She was really nice but I don’t recommend this place anymore

Today we had visited Lotus salon for cousin’s wedding hair style and makeup. It was great customer service with excellent work for make-up and hairstyles. They took enough time to get ready for each of us. They did amazing work for my seven years old daughter long hair style and makeup. I would suggest my friends and family to go there for any occasion makeup and hairstyle. The trip was worth. Excellent work.

I am happy to find one place where i am not worried about my eye brows, waxing, haircut. Both the ladies are experienced. Shehzadi has been doing my brows for last few months and her work is perfect so today i went for haircut and she did a wonderful job. Very talented and experienced. Keep up the good work.

Horrible experience.. I went today for my kids haircut one just had trimming and other had a cut. Then, at the checkout she charged me $15 each. I asked them that its mentioned $10 on your rate card then she told me 1. its for kids less than 3 2. We have increased the price of haircut in every category. What the hell...she kept on arguing and arguing and finally I ended up paying $30. This was my second visit to the salon and on the first visit I bought a gift card that I used on my today's visit. Although I have remaining balance on my card I would not return to the store. Shame on lying :

Very nice with excellent customer service. Her brow threading and lash fixing are amazing. Her henna work is pretty good too. I’m black and henna hardly shows on my skin. Hers showed and lasted pretty well.

Heena was very nice. I asked for a facial and she did a good job. She kept everything clean and the facial was very relaxing! I would come here again.

They did an amazing job not only on my brows, but my boyfriend's too he had a unibrow. They also did my hair for prom, and I fell in love. The price point is great for students. I'm going back tomorrow with my boyfriend and brother to get brows done again! I'll take pictures this time!

The ladies were very nice to me. They did an excellent job cutting my hair. I will be back. I love the earrings I also purchased at the salon. They were fascinated with the color of my hair and went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you

I was regular customer at Lotus Saloon. I stopped going there after 3 bad experiences. 1 After pushing from one of the girls there I decided to get facial. Girl pulled out a Robe from a basket of unfolded towels and some other cloths. Robe was yellowish. the Towel under the head was yellow looked dirty. I still gave them benefit of doubt and went ahead with facial. 2 Asked for Face bleach, with out asking girl said she did Polish and charged me double then bleach. 3 on several occasions people are sitting waiting for service with out any acknowledgement from the workers towards awaiting customers. I have noticed customers walking out but still no acknowledgement from any one at Lotus Salon all they care about up sale. I sent a text msg to the phn# that payment receipts are received from. no one responded, for some reason I am not surprised. Indian people are use to second class service so they have a don't care attitude. there are more saloons in the area that provides better service and appreciate my business. They lost my business forever. RITA
