Appointment Policy
All Walk-Ins are still welcome!
We ask that clients show up 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment so that we can have you sign in, verify the appointment and ensure that the appointment starts on time.
If you are not signed in 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and/or are late without notifying us, the scheduled client will be given walk-in status. Meaning that you will be serviced at the next available time according to sign-in sheet and appointment book.
All walk-ins must sign in and will be serviced at next available opening. Wait times may vary.
If client is running late, or if the client decides they no longer wish to show up for the scheduled appointment, we ask to be notified via phone call at 757-222-9929.
We also ask that at the time of the scheduled appointment that extra services not be added on unless we an appropriate amount of time in between the next appointment or walk-in. This is to ensure that we avoid over-booking and unecessary wait times on present and unserviced clients.
We sincerely hope that no one is inconvenienced by this new policy, but this is to simply organize our cliental and to ensure that all appointments are honored. We want to give the best service possible in a timely manner.
