Avie was so kind and eager to help me out of a bind. My insurance company needed an appraisal on my engagement ring in order to keep my policy and when I called to explain the situation he told me to come in immediately and don’t worry about the time on the website that he knew how important it was. He was so wonderful and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got everything that I needed. The space is warm and has a great selection. This place is amazing and he never made me feel pressured to spend more than I wanted. Can’t wait to give him more of my business in the future.
I had a fantastic experience with Avie and he did several things for me- set a stone I already owned in a new setting, resized an old ring, and fixed a broken gold chain. All 3 services were done quickly and expertly. I LOVE my new ring- he worked with me to give me options and offered his opinions about style but never pushed me into something I didn't want- he always listened to my feedback and then adjusted. He didn't push me into pricier options at all. He also learned that I was driving from Denver I had gotten a recommendation to work with him so I wanted to make the drive, and he always thanked me for it and even sent my finished pieces by mail so I wouldn't have to drive to his office to pick them up. Totally thrilled with my experience and I'll absolutely be going to him in the future for anything I need. He also offered chocolate whenever I visited him which was incredibly sweet : Thanks, Avie!
I have known Lotus since the store was in Littleton. Over this time we, have bought a number of items. Beautiful and unique things you could find no where else. Avi is a great man and understands people and jewelry. I will always go to Lotus first when shopping. He usually has something better than I have in mind. A great place!
Based upon recommendations from friends, I have taken various rings to Lotus Jewelers for resizing. I have been extremely happy with the results. Avie treats each customer with kindness and respect. His attention to customer service, explanation of available options and reasonable pricing keep me a loyal customer.
Shopping for jewelry is not fun for me. I always get the sales pitch, commonly they also tell me what my wife will want $$$$$$$$$$. Not here. Avie took the time to listen to me and what I wanted to buy for my wife. We went over many options, all of which were tailored to what I had described. I recommend you take the time to go see him personally. I have never felt so involved nor so satisfied leaving a jewelry store. Not to mention, the prices were all very fair, especially when you compare the same product from a name brand store. I will not shop anywhere else again. Thank you Avie!
This is by far my favorite jewelry store ever. Great service, selection and prices. My husband and I have purchased many pieces of jewelry here including my engagement ring I get lots of compliments on it even from complete strangers and both our wedding bands; all our rings were sized quickly and professionally. Everything we have purchased at Lotus Jewelers is beautiful, high quality, unique and fairly priced based on appraisals we've had done. The owner, Avie, is honest, respectful and listens to what you are looking for. Do yourself a favor and skip the chain jewelry stores; shop at Lotus Jewelers first!
Avie is one of the most wonderful people you will ever meet! We brought in a sketch, an heirloom ring with a center diamond we wanted to repurpose, and he brought our dream to life. The final ring was even better than we could have imagined. Not only is the jewelry impeccable, but the process was great. Quick, easy, and enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
What a great business and fantastic owner. I purchased a diamond private party NOT from Lotus and asked several jewelers if they would be willing to compare the stone against the paperwork that came with it to make sure it was the real deal. Where other jewelers were unwilling to help when there wasn't a dollar to be made, Avie welcomed me into his store and not only confirmed that the diamond was indeed the one from the paperwork, but he also gave me some great information about the jeweler who had originally handled it and about the stone itself. Because of the fantastic customer service I received, I am now working with Avie on a new setting for the diamond and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Thank you Lotus and Avie for taking care of me!
From the minute I walked into Lotus Jewelers, I was impressed. I was warmly greeted by the owner, Avie and was made to feel comfortable and not pressured. He simply showed me various pieces that I might want to purchase for my Mom for her birthday. That was my goal. Well, not only did I find a beautiful necklace and earring set for her, I ended up buying a necklace for myself! That wasn't my plan, but I was so amazed by all the different styles and quality of his pieces. The prices were very reasonable which is why I couldn't help it and bought a very contemporary necklace that I absolutely love. I will definitely be back and will recommend Lotus Jewelers to all my friends!
Stopped by here to check their inventory and get a price on ring resizing/refurbishing and watch repair. Prices were extremely fair and the service was fantastic. Ended up buying another ring for my fiance while I was there since the price was so good as well. If you want top notch service and fair pricing, look no further. I'll be going here for my jewelry needs for the foreseeable future, 1000%!
