Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant is the Answer to a Prayer...
After discovering she had cancer, and after being told by western doctors that radiation therapy was the only solution, the soon-to-be Owner of Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant got a second opinion from her Buddhist Teacher.
The Teacher advised her to Stop Eating All Animals and Animal Products and to consume only Organic Plants, Tea, and Clean Water... with a Special Instruction to eat Organic Brown Rice with Toasted Black Sesame Seeds daily.
Several months later, She went to the doctor to check on the cancer and to their COMPLETE SURPRISE... THE CANCER WAS GONE !!! At that moment, She Vowed to Open a 100% Vegetarian Restaurant to Spread the Good News (and Great Tastes) of a Vietnamese Plant-based Diet as a Way of Life and Endless Health !!!
