What a shame, food is absolutely amazing, but the service from their counter person in the late afternoon is atrocious. Not only are you greeted with mean looks but you get a side of eye Rolling as well or attitude. Oh and don’t dare call 40 minutes before they close and ask for food. Her response was.” you know we close in 40 minutes, right?” I almost told her to forget about it, but decided to continue with my order. Tried being kind and greeted her but she wanted nothing to do with me. Her response to me walking in and asking how she was doing was “name plz” took my card handed me the pizza and walked away without saying anything. The older lady in the mornings is super kind, respectful, and professional, but whoever takes over the afternoon shift just destroyed my experience there and won’t return.

It is such a shame that I can’t go here. I have tried several times really I have. The food is really good but my God the women behind the counter are so freaking rude and so mean and so nasty. I’m just appalled by them. Absolutely appalled. I don’t need to be treated that way. Unbelievable that they can stay in business with people deciding not to order there because of the people behind the counter. I know this because I’ve been in discussions with other people from Louden who have said the same thing . Apparently it is pretty commonly known. I wish the owner would read this and do something about it because I’d really like to be able to order from there.

Ordered a pizza Excellent by the way 10 min before closing , they took my order and stayed open late because it takes longer than 10 minutes to cook - Thank You !!Food: 5/5

My family comes to this place bcuz they have the best pizza around! Cheese pizza with extra cheese. Try it it's amazing!

They do not hire polite people. The past few times i have been there they have been very rude. Im talking about the woman/girls that work there. They have bad attitudes. The pizza is good but there are other places you could get good food and spend your money somewhere where you will be treated with respect. Not to mention I have not heard good things about the owner either. My family will not be going here again.

This review is actually for the ice cream side, Fat Dans. My family and I visited here at around 8:20 pm on Friday 05/21/21 and the blonde girl working had a bad attitude the second she opened the window. It seemed like she did not want to be there or even cared about how she seemed to come off to customers. I said something to my fiancé and when she handed my daughter her ice cream I decided to wait in the car while he waited for the other two ice creams. She did say have a nice night. But overall we were all discouraged about her demeanor. On another note, the ice cream was delicious and the pricing is more than fair. We may visit here again, I just hope the girl behind the counter has a better approach next time. I understand people have bad days, but it shouldn't reflect your customer service.

Wonderful friendly country store and grill and ice cream stop!! Great pizza/sub/burgers -- super scoops of ice cream too! Great place to warm up with a coffee or relax at a table on the porch for lunch, homemade chowder or ice cream. Reasonable pricing. Try it and you'll be back for more!

One of the clerks apparently does not like “liberals” and has actually said “No liberals are welcome here, don’t come back, we don’t want your business”. No problem, there are plenty of other stores to purchase things at but thought others should know.
