I met Dr. Alykhan for the first time yesterday when I presented him with a bad case of poison ivy on my leg. Rather than just write a quick scrip and send me on my way, he took the time to really get to know me. During the examination he asked questions which led to more questions. I felt he truly cared about my overall well-being and his knowledge, insight, and suggestions were invaluable. In addition, upon my arrival, Erica welcomed me and was professional and courteous. She and Dr. Alykhan made me feel like part of the family. Great clinic, great staff, and great experience!
If I can give a negative 5 star for a review I will do. Do not visit this doctor unless he changes his reception. I called for an appointment not knowing or told it was an out of office hour. This was 5pm. They opened the door to see the dr for a strep test that was negative and I was billed close to a $1000. Now the reception- medical assistant is refusing to let me speak to Dr Alykhan to clarify things, and hanging up each time. She even told me their doors are locked and she’d make sure I do not see Dr. Alykhan. I am absolutely disgusted with this service of care. If you want to see a Dr’s office who will bill you out of office hours without your knowledge close to a $1000 then you’d guarantee to have that here! The medical assistant is beyond incompetent, rude and a cheat for having patients pay beyond what is expected.

Amazing doctor and great staff! The doctor did a very thorough examination, I never met any other doctor who would give so much time and conduct detailed examination. His treatments are also very effective. Dr.Alykhan has become my go to doctor now.
When I saw this place so close to my house I was excited to have a new place to go that I could just walk-in. I called them to get some details and got the VM which stated that they opened at 9 and you could just walk-in. I got there at 9:15 and the note on the door said they didn't open until 10 so I waited in my car until 10. At 10 I went in and the door was still locked. The note on the door said the waiting room was closed but you could call. I called the number and told them I was standing outside and if I could come in. The young lady that was on the phone was rude and told me I needed an appointment. I asked if I could get an appointment right away since I was standing outside. The young lady I was speaking with asked me what insurance I had. Before going I looked to see if they took my insurance. They had my insurance company on their website with many different plans on it. I did not look for my specific plan because there would be no reason my plan would not be on that list. The person on the phone told me that they didn't take my plan and I would have to go somewhere else. When I got home I called my insurance company to find out why my insurance was not accepted. My insurance company said that there was no reason for them not to accept my insurance! I also told the lady that their phone message said they opened at 9 and that they should change it. She responded that the website said 10 and I should have referred to the website. She was very rude and turned me away without any reason.
The best doctor in the area! My husband and I live 30 minutes out but we make the drive to this practice because Dr. Alykhan is the best! We see him for us and our two small children, he has the best bedside manners and makes sure all our questions are answered before we leave!
Dr Fuad Alykhan is one of the best doctors around. He is really thorough and effective
Best doctor I have ever had. Have been a patient for years now and my entire family is too. He is everything you would want and expect from a doctor and much more. Firstly, he is the most caring doctor you'll ever find in that he will spend lots of time with you to hear all your concerns, answer all your questions and do the most thorough exam you will ever get. After the exam, while taking copious notes, he will explain his diagnosis and then his recommended treatment. Before you leave,, you will get a record of your visit detailing everything, including your symptoms, exam results, medications to take, and the diagnosis and treatment he prescribed! No other doctor will do this. He will also actually answer phone call queries which no doctor does. His staff is also excellent and are friendly, attentive, professional and caring and make you feel welcome. Staff will also contact you on a timely basis to review lab test results and will accommodate your visit request! Overall and most importantly to me is that my family and I can always depend and have full confidence putting your health needs and concerns in the hands of Dr. Alykhan and his staff because they really care about you!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Alykhan. I and my family love him. People should know there might be a wait to see him, but the wait is so incredibly worth the time. Never have I seen a kinder, more thorough, caring and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Alykhan always listens intently to everything I say. I never feel as if he is rushing me through my visit as with some other doctors. He also doesn’t go with quick generic fixes as do other doctors I feel are rushed. He creates and carefully explains a comprehensive care plan and makes sure I understand. He and his kind staff are always available for any questions I might have afterward. They always call to check up on my progress afterward. He is a wonderful doctor and I’m lucky to have found him.
