Louise Clemans Realtor

DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR! When you first meet her she seems like a fiesty go-getter but all she cares about is getting her paycheck. She did OK helping us find a house but once we were under contract we were nothing but unimpressed. First, she LIED to us and told us we had to use an inspector from her "agent approved list" and then when we picked one of her inspectors and a foundation issue was discovered, her response was "well he doesn't really know anything about construction." She tried to pressure us into buying the house WITHOUT fixing the foundation issue and when we insisted that she tell the seller that we wanted it fixed before proceeding, she immediately drew up termination papers. She only agreed to tell the sellers that we wanted the foundation fixed after days of going back and forth with her and finally threatening that if she didn't tell them, we would ourselves. It was days of unnecessary stress on top of an already stressful situation. At closing she was nothing but unprofessional and uninterested, sitting there playing on her phone with the sound ON while we were trying to go over paperwork. She was completely tactless and even reminded the closer to have her check on her desk! Once we closed she was done helping us in any way. We tried to contact her one time requesting simple information that could have been easily emailed to us and she never even bothered to respond. If you know what you’re doing and don't want any help from your realtor then use Louise. But if you want someone who cares about more than just her paycheck, STAY AWAY!

Louise Clemans was a great help in finding a house that fit what I was looking for. She was patient and polite and never rushed me Into or out of a house. I have recommend her to several people already for the next time they are in the market.
