I have been dealing with some significant health issues & have been brushed off by various doctors & made to feel as if I was crazy. Dr. Ondrusek sat with me & truly listened to all my concerns with compassion and sincere care. I am very thankful to now have her in my corner as my PCP as we work to get my health back. I feel very comfortable under her competent care.
I would give 10 stars if I could.. it's ALWAYS a great experience with Dr. Ondrusek. We need many more doctors, nurses & Medical assistants like they have at this practice. Everyone from front ofc to clinical staff are top notch and things get accomplished with this group. They don't drop the ball handling your care; they follow thru. Sure she may run little late in her appts. But I'm willing to wait for someone as through & compassionate like she is. Not once have I heard this office use the excuses of " covid & shortages" they take accountability and fix things to make sure your care is best it can be. I would highly recommend this group & Dr for my own family & friends so maybe you should too. Quality health care is hard to come by these days except at this practice!!
Do not allow anyone whom you love and/or care for to be treated by DR. KRISTEN ISENBURG! The only treatment available from her is that of discarded rubbish. She will enjoy you at her mercy. I believe that she rather likes the control. She lacks every single characteristic needed within the healthcare field. She will have no problem keeping you beneath herself. Zero compassion, personality and non-existent bedside manner suggests that she'd make a perfect undertaker. She is exactly why people are fighting for social reform. Do not support her as a Dr. Look into Kristen's reviews while employed in Whitney Point Lourdes & also web MD. Do not help her bc she does not want to help you.
Endicott Primary Care Lourdes, professional from main entrance to visit with Dr Mikloucich, I like get weighted blood pressure checked. I have asthma COPD, every six months I have my blood checked. Last 10/21 it was detected blood work was elevated, she sent me to get PSA, it was determine I had prostate cancer, Caught early, did radiation treatments, cancer is gone, she makes sure I get a flu shot, have all COVID -19 Vaccination record card have all three booster shots. Also grounds n entrance free of debris. Dr Mikloucich, can't say enough great care. Thank you.
Was a patient of Lourdes Mental health care Dr Michael Lavin and Primary care physician was Dr Aranda who left years ago Dr Vincent in Binghamton, retired or gone after almost 20 years I was treated SO DISRESPECTLY , HUNG UP ON, HAVING FRONT OFFICE GIVING ME DIAGNOSIS!!!!!!!!I I would love a phone call from a vice president or above to share my story. Called Shippers Road Lourdes Vestal NY and spoke to Quality. ENDICOTT SHOULD BE SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN, Milking my insurance dry fine, But Hainging up on patients ME I won't have. This. DO Forbes is a Quack . I couldn't get a anti inflammatory medicine DO Not go to Endicott
I seen Mcdermott on Feb 3 because of a fall and my ribs were hurting very bad, she was abrasive an uncaring towards me. They took Xrays an prescribed me an anti-inflammatory. I called back the next day because the pain was so great i couldn't take it anymore, and needed something for the it. She hung up on me after telling me blah blah blah i don't want to hear it. I eventually went to see my mother's doctor and found out i had 3 broken ribs that i lived with the pain, for almost 4 weeks because she misdiagnosed me. She is not a professional and very unpleasant. Someone should look into this so called professional. Posting this because i'm all healed thanks to a good doctor named John Welch in Johnson city NY.
Answered pretty quickly but there only accepting new patients who are comfortable seeing male doctors . There are no female doctors accepting new patients . Just a heads up .
I love the services the doctors the receptions they just make me feel comfortable safe when I come in there that's basically it
The staff is warm, friendly and efficient. Dr Forbes is an excellent physician with a caring attitude.
Waiting room is comfortable as we sit waiting our turn. The people at the windows don't get upset if you get flustered.
