I have been using this laundromat for the past 5 years. It has been decent, but they keep raising the prices.  Now I understand what inflation is and that some things have to get more expensive, but the latest price increase on washers this past month is outpacing the economic inflation in my opinion. Over the past year alone, the prices have increased 2 times for their washers. A 2-load washer that used to cost $2.75 when I first came here now costs $4.00, which is almost as much as a gallon of milk.  The only major renovation they have made in the past 5 years is replacing old PAID dryers with new PAID dryers. And the new PAID dryers are more expensive too. The old ones would charge $0.25 for 12 minutes. The new ones charge $0.25 for 7 minutes. Additionally, they have had 2 FREE dryers that have been broken for a long time. Instead of fixing them, they got the new PAID dryers instead. So unless you want to pay extra for drying your clothing, you’ll have to wait even longer for the FREE dryers.  I used to recommend this laundromat to family and friends, but with these latest price increases I won’t recommend it anymore.  As a longtime user, my overall experience with this laundromat has gotten worse. This business keeps squeezing the low socioeconomic neighborhood for their last pennies. I’m very disappointed at these unreasonable price increases. I may have to start looking for affordable, competitively priced laundromats elsewhere.  EDIT: Just acknowledging the business’ response illuminating the increase in their utility costs. They made the conscious choice to pass the increased costs on to the customer. And they didn’t address anything else not fixing the broken FREE dryers for example.  I have nothing against the business. I’m just sharing my personal experience and that I don’t recommend others to have that same experience with this business. Thanks.

"Out Of Order" bathroom that staff uses.  They lock you in around 10:45 PM, they close at 12 AM.  Horrible experience.  Unsafe and unethical that you are locked into the laundromat.  Pretty sure this is against the law.  Many of the dryers don't get hot.  Smaller washing machines were broken, forcing you to use the larger more expensive machines.  Overall dismal experience.  Clothes didn't dry all the way.  Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is subject to change but at this moment. Prices for washers is understood. But getting new PAY for use dryers and have to pay more than the old ones. No way to get cash backs, if there was an atm probably high fee. What sad is most of the people coming here live in the apartments or mobile homes. Smh payed $6 between 2dryers vs the max $2 with the old dryer

You might recall how enthused I was a few years ago by a laundromat in Wilmington. Love Laundry must be related. Although I most definitely don't love doing laundry, Love Laundry makes it as easy as possible. The staff is friendly, attentive and will do your laundry for you if you really Hate Laundry. The machines are clean and have more settings than most coin operated washers. The best part is that drying your clothes is FREE. And if that's not enough to make you happy, there's a bill changer that takes $20. 00 bills and a Coffee Machine that serves Starbucks. What's not to Love?

I've been coming here for a little while now, but I noticed that my clothes where shrinking, and today I was doing my laundry here, and I saw the lady stop the drying cycle not allowing for it to cool down, and the clothes stay hot so they shrink, I have no idea why the ladies here are messing with my loads, but I will not be coming here anymore. I reported this behavior to the manager. I always treated them very nicely, I always addressed them with respect and value, I do not know why they behave like this, I was always buying their ice-cream and stuff, its petty expensive. I have come to the realization however, that a lot of people that provide service, are criminals, or gang members hiding behind their paycheck.

The place it kept clean and organized, however, it does get hot inside. They have fans on but ventilation isn't great. Also all the dryers that are free are great, you have to push the button like 2-3 times to get your clothes dry 12 min intervals each push of a button. Not bad at all and the ladies that work there are very polite and efficient.

They close at 10 and online says midnight , I drove very far .

They do a good job. Our clothes are always so nicely folded and smell so clean and fresh. If you ever tip them make sure you give them cash.

This place was over crowded especially for a holiday. The attendant only spoke Spanish and spent her time socializing with attendees rather than keeping the place clean. They're definitely not Covid conscious here every washer is being use and folks are standing in front of their machines. I was only there to wash a large comforter. Oh and the free dry is the attendant putting 3 quarters in the dryer for you which equals 37 minutes.

Great place to get your laundry done, always clean and all the machines work very well.....check them out you won't be disappointed.
