Big diesel pumps. Easy in and out with a trailer. Bathroom had cool decor, but stunk really bad.
Anthony wente is the rudest most aweful individual that I have ever expierienced as a gas station clerk. We asked him to make sandwiches and because he was busy doing other stuff. He made us wait an unrealistic amount of time, then just to be rude to us and throw the vegetables around. All the while huffing and puffing. Then he proceeded to throw our sandwiches into the sack was very rude when we checked out wouldn’t count my change back. Absolutely terrible terrible customer service. I will never do business if any sort at this location.
Diesel pumps were fast. Definitely NOT a truck stop! Store is small not much of a selection for food after midnight. Was in the restroom and heard cashier, Kathy talking to some off duty employee and every other word out of her mouth was a cuss word! Very unprofessional! Not very friendly staff either.
I like this Loves, but there is NO TRUCK PARKING.... just 2 truck fuel lanes, bathroom, Chester's Chicken, Godfather Pizza, and convenience store.
I ordered chicken last night 7-15 to be ready by 10 am 7-16. And when I went to pick it up she said they had just noticed I had ordered it. Therefore I had no chicken. I am very disappointed. She said they were short staffed but that should have been a priority. I have a picnic today at 12noon and have no chicken. I have never had that problem before.
We have just had one of the best experiences at a Truck stop we have ever had! We had a complicated order, as I wanted Chester's Chicken, but my boyfriend wanted a Double Don sub sandwich. Linda jumped into action, dropping my livers to cook, and starting on his sub! Tanner was at the ready, to scoop my macaroni, and sack my wedges, a few scratcher tickets, and he rang us up! The sandwich she made my boyfriend was beautiful! They were fast, mannered, patient, and it was service with a smile! Way to go! Both of you! I hope you get raises! 23 years in retail sales as a manager, and I'd hire either one of them, in a heartbeat! Great customer service! Thank you Love's store 060. We will come back! They are wheelchair accessible as well!
This was truly the worst Loves I’ve ever came across. The staff was rude and didn’t care one bit about truckers or their local customers. They judged a lady who was a bigger lady and made her uncomfortable and refused to help her get some chicken. It took 24 minutes to fuel my truck because the pumps were slow and when I mentioned it they replied “we don’t need every trucker coming in here saying something.” The place was a mess. Restrooms were disgusting. Coffee was old. No chicken at Chester’s and when the aforementioned lady and I asked they said there will be some whoever she gets around to making some. Coolers were disorganized and not stocked. The 4’ inventory manager had a little person attitude about her job. I won’t be back. Read my other reviews. I love Loves.
The older woman who made the subs was wonderful. She was engaging and had great customer service. The food was good, what you expect to find. The woman who took the pizza order and was working the register was just rude. She first told me that she couldn’t take my order and then after me standing around for twenty minutes shouted across the store “Hey lady, what do you want?” I gave her my order and asked how long it would be. She said “I don’t know do I look like I make pizza?” I checked out the rest of my things and took them out to the car so my family could start eating. I came back in and waited a few more minutes, standing in the back. I tried to ask another man working there who was busy cleaning, and he pointed to the initial girl and said “I’m sorry, I don’t know she can help you” she looked up and said “god are you still here?” And walked to the back. I assume she was checking my order. I decided to pick up some candy bars to treat my kids and the woman walked out thrust the burnt pizza in my hands and walked off without saying anything. I went to the register to pay for the candy and no one came out. I called out for someone but no one came, so I set the candy on the counter and just left. 1 hour later of getting yelled at, ignored and with burnt pizza. If you want food in Norton go literally anywhere else if you have a shred of self respect.
Anthony wente is definitely lazy doesnt want to go back and stock the chicken for sub area and made my fiance's sandwich and ripped the bread apart and messed it up he needs some help
This is a newer store located centrally between larger cities. It is a welcome break when traveling between I 80 and I70 along the shortest route to the south west. Small, but well stocked and not overly expensive.
