More black mold. Shower 3. I remember back in 2020 and 2021, Loves showers were so clean you could eat off the floor. It's a shame they didn't keep that standard.
This Love's was on the small size but they still had everything you could possibly need. Even though I stopped by in the late afternoon, I was able to find a good parking spot! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait too long for a shower.
Not a real loves. They have a portable out and they might as well advertise closed except for gas. Yuck.
Cashers don't know what they are doing. Refill is a night mare they want to charge u again. U have to fight for a cup of free coffee . Manager so professional, she close case immediately... shame on cashers...
I really don’t like leaving any negative reviews. Cashier was polite and even pretended to care a little about the dirty shower. This was my bathroom shower door last night. You can see right into the shower from outside the door. I checked another shower and it was run down and dirty. Loves travel stop is my go to as a trucker and RV owner. This was the first one I’ve encountered that just needs a little bit of maintenance. > RV dump available and you can also run your generator!
It’s a tradition of ours every time we pass thru Santa Rosa, is to stop by this location and get some gas and a burger from Carl’s Jr.’s. The location is under heavy construction, I walk in and ask the lady behind the counter, I think her name was Jeannie, light complicated Spanish lady late 40’s early 50’s , I ask if Carl’s Jr is open, she looked at me with utter disgust and told me if it looked like it was open, I then mentioned I don’t work here, several other people were coming and going from several different doors, I tell her I’ll just get gas, she grabs her cart and completely ignores me and goes and stocks the shelf’s leaving me standing at the counter by myself for several minutes. Complete and utter disrespect on a monuments level. Never will I return to this place again!
Some of the laziest employees I have ever encountered at a Love's. Cheyenne and Luis are just standing around, there is no coffee and when you ask one of these two, neither moves to make any. Worst experience and I will never stop here again
Great stop! Friendly General Manager and staff. Ladies restroom very clean. Purchase fresh fruits and wraps to heat up. Carl's jr. attached. Hot food and hot &cold drink dispensers. Souvenirs and other merchandise available. There are showers available.
Only stopped for gas and clean windows, really loved that they had clean soapy water and great long squiggie available. And They were spray cleaning the entry. Yeah!!! Only bad thing was the receipt at pump didn't work had to go inside But really usually like Loves alot.
RV Friendly - Pulled up at 9pm and there was a row of vans and RVs. Was not difficult to find a spot to pull-in. Bathrooms were clean, staff was nice.
