Want you Professional Drivers 2 Know: a medical emergency occurred here @ this location & an ambulance was summoned just prior 2 Super Bowl. That ambulance was given a DEER PARK POLICE DEPT. escort... running 'interference' like 0ne sees in football... making sure Medical Help got thru redlights & traffic: A.S.A.P. For sum of you new OTR drivers: cops Down Here in Texis & Oklahoma aren't accustomed to Going Out Of Their Way to harass truckers like Illinois & Ohio & a few other places You know All Too Well 0r Will. That's been my experience. BTW... 'John Law' aka Smokey stayed around 20? minutes to see if they could help out on the Back End of this story Thanks Deer Park PD & may GOD Bless y'all... & You, too, Driver!!!
During the week it’s pretty busy prepare yourself to wait when fueling, seems that certain drivers like to take their time. Also don’t expect to find any squeegees to clean your windows half the time they’re damaged. Never have I had a problem with any employees in store have always been greeted with friendly faces. Clean parking lot trash is picked up regularly and showers aren’t too bad.
Can y’all have a bring your daughter to work day that would be amazing to see what it’s like for my dad to work there
Nice big clean shower but VERY VERY COLD water and NO pressure. I've been to this Loves before and it did not have small plastic shower heads. 03/26/2021 THOSE LITTLE PLASTIC SHOWER HEADS SUCK. Also it is a terrible idea to have the air conditioning on in the showers. I use a small heater to correct this.
Great store to stop for gas and MC Donald's has great employees that work here too
Clean place and nice courteous staff. A few things are overpriced don't do your shopping here unless you are just looking for the "truckstop experience"! Gas prices are fair restrooms are clean overall good place!
My Apartments have been out of water for several days now. I went to Love's truck stop cuz I'm tired of bothering my friends and family. This is a wonderful place, the showers were immaculate! Not to mention the the people they were great. I do believe that Paul help me that I'm not sure. He was extremely helpful¡.
Tire pass waiting time 2.5 hours and still waiting. There is no line, I am first and only one. Was said “45 minutes”, after 2 hours waiting, they said he is coming... 30 minutes passed, still waiting UPDATED: 3 hours of waiting with no line. I was told “somebody will be coming shortly” 30 minutes ago one more time. Don’t see anybody here
There is usually at least one pump down all the time. The lane with the air hoses is always shut down. If you like the smell of diesel in your truck usually you can get that by walking in the diesel that's on the ground from the leaking hoses.
