When I remember you because I was the client sitting on the chair but no need to lie about the situation Andrea the owner and amazing hair stylist in town 100% recommended was plesant & very nice to you, even after you being 25 min late you got there at 9:55am. And it’s not the first time that I have seen you walking in late to your appointments and with Starbucks in you hand. I feel like she has been very patient with you. But you have been abusing of her quality time to assist you and other clients. You were the one extremely rude to her . But you need to respect people’s time and business. Andrea does magics and very professional stylist with a gift of making every time customers satisfied and happy!!!! Blessed to have you as my stylist for 5 years and wouldn’t trade you ever. Andrea was the sweetest and most patient hair stylist I've been to. She took extra time to make sure I was comfortable during my first visit, and used great communication to schedule our appointment. I love my hair and can't recommend her enough!!!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

The owner double booked. I had scheduled the appointment a month before for 9:30.  I confirmed the date and time and the owner responded that it was confirmed.  When I arrived for my appointment at 9:30 I was not greeted pleasantly, when I said I was there for my appointment I was told I had no appointment and the other 9:30 client was already there and I would not get serviced.  I showed the owner our texts where she had confirmed me for 9:30, then I was told my appointment was at 12:30, I explained to the owner that I had another commitment at 1:00, said ok and left.  I went to my car, cancelled my other commitment, then texted the owner that I would be there at 12:30, she then responded that the client she had when I walked in booked her for 12:30 as I left her suite and she could no longer service me that day.  Terrible service, did not even try to reschedule or offer other options.  Will never go back! Do not recommend!

This review is for Beaut by Gemma Louise in Hales Corners. She's expensive, but worth it. I never have to worry about my hair looking bad or damaged. I've gone to her to fix disasters from other people. She's made the cover of Wisconsin bride the model's hair was her work and she styles hair at New York Fashion Week. So, yes, you may need to take out a small loan depending on the service you get, but she really is all that and a bag of chips. You need a bangin' balayage, she's your girl.

Lovely beauty bar is a place where you can get your hair styled. My stylist Danielle does an excellent job.

I came here to get my eyebrows threaded & I was blown away! Due to being on acne medications, I can’t get my eyebrows waxed. So, it has been hard to find a threading place that takes their time with both the hair removal and tinting.  I will 100% be back

Wedding Vendor Review  The good: When in the salon, the staff was friendly. They accommodated my wedding timeline. They were available when other salons had already been booked for my date. The salon was beautiful and we were allowed to bring in food and drink to snack on on the wedding morning.  The bad: Communication was horrible. I would need to ask the same question 5 times to get an answer. I couldn’t get on a phone call to talk over my needs. They would only communicate via a strange app. I loved my wedding trial. I felt listened to. The hair and makeup was perfect. When it came to the actual day, they didn’t take any notes at all from the trial. My hair turned out completely different and nothing at all like I wanted. I specifically didn’t want much hair in my face, and now all of my wedding photos have huge chunks of curls hanging in my face. The makeup skipped priming steps that were highlighted in the trial. My trial was only a few weeks before the wedding day, so this was really frustrating.  Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience. Andrea is the best!! Her salon is so beautiful and her service is top notch! It was my first time putting anything color in my hair, and she treated it with such care. I got blonde streaks through my hair and they look so lovely! I love it so much, she is going to be my go to stylist from now on.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Andrea was absolutely amazing! This was my first time getting an eyebrow, upper lip and under arm waxing from here, she recommended threading which I’ve never done, but I let her and she did a phenomenal job!! 10/10 this place is cute and clean. This salon was recommended to me so I made an appointment to get my hair done and already know this will always be my go to! My stylist, Andrea, was the kindest, sweetest and the most professional stylist I’ve ever gone to. All of the staff makes you feel welcome and has amazing skills. My hair is beautiful and it makes me feel so much better and confident with myself, all thanks to them. Overall, I know they will never let down and hands down best experience!
