Lover's Lane

Sharon went over and beyond with helping my partner and I on our purchase today. It was the first time being there and she was very knowledgeable about things. She made us feel very comfortable and helped us save money too. Thank you so much.

It was me and my cousins first time to lover's lane. Nichole greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel comfortable. Answering all of our questions. She was very helpful and sweet. & we will definitely be going back! :

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went out to dinner for our anniversary then decided to stop in for a treat. Had a couple drinks for dinner so by the time I got there I had to use the restroom. The blonde lady at the front told me they did not have a public bathroom and to try another business in the strip mall. I walked down as my wife was trying something on, just to find that the other establishments had signs that read "no public bathroom" or told me it was for customers only. Ended up peeing in the parking lot by my truck. Then when my wife and I cashed out the lady asked how everything was and I expressed how I felt about the bathroom situation. She said she can't let paying customers use the bathroom because of what they sold and it was the law! Haha. What a bunch of BS and when I called her out on that the story changed quickly. I've spent a lot of money there in the past and will never go back. Was treated like a creep because I needed to use the restroom while shopping with my wife. Unbelievable.

Rude, rude, rude! I walked into the store and the lady just looked at me so I said, “Hello” first. I was expecting her to ask, “What brings you in” or something that showed that she was interested in helping a customer but nothing. Then when I told her what I was looking for or what I thought I was looking for it seemed like she was annoyed because I wasn’t sure and started shaking her head. I’m not sure if it was because me or the other lady who was talking extremely loud in the back room on the phone. After leaving me to take a phone call, the other lady came out of the room and walked right past me and didn’t speak either. I have never experienced such unfriendly people at this type of store. Usually, people seem more welcoming and interested in helping you out, but I guess it’s only some people that they seem interested in servicing.

Becky was the associate ringing me up. She was rude. The registers had apparently been updated and she was upset that she couldn’t get it to work with the customer ahead of me. She was so irritated that she had to I guess be there, she cursed. She didn’t want to process the ladies transaction by hand. Then it was my turn, I opted to pay with cash since they were having trouble with the card reader/register. She told me that she would ring me up for an item that fell on the floor that she dropped. I went to go pick up another item that was not taken out or hit the floor. She said “I’ll just ring you up for this one” referring to the item that fell on the floor out of its package. I asked her to ring me up for the new one. She slammed the product on the desk and huffed and puffed as if I offended her. Becky was rude and out of line. Her actions weren’t necessary especially when I was being nice. I work in retail and I don’t act like that with my customers. I won’t shop here again.

When I first went there I was nervous. But they make you feel like you already know them. They made me laugh and comfortable. I will go back

What a fun store! One of the best adult toy selections I've ever seen, with a friendly staff that helped me pick out the perfect ones! Prices weren't too outrageous either! Really wonderful stuff!
